After seeing the Lobster Feast advertised on TV, my friend and I decided to try an order. The order consists of 2 lobster rolls and a side of your choice. Captain D's has many side orders to chose from and we chose a baked potato. I was surprised that the lobster rolls were really good. We ordered food separately. My fiod came out right away, but my friend was waiting. After 30 minutes, she went up and asked, and they said they canceled her order and was going to get it restarted.. we waited an additional 20 min. My friend ended up eating 1/2 what I ordered because they still hadn't dropped her food. She went back and asked for a refund, and they said they couldn't charge her card back because it's been over an hour. She said well I don't...

The lobster bites were awesome. The hushpuppies were completely saturated in oil. I couldn't eat them and I love hushpuppies.The cashier was very nice, but they weren't staffed enough. Took quite awhile (20 minutes) to get our food. Other customers had to wait as well.The bathroom definitely needs to be updated/cleaned better. The turn lock on the door has been broken and while it still works, you have to use a coin or your fingernail to turn it to lock/unlock it.
