Drive thru was soooooo slow when I came through. Chick fil a is known everywhere as fast and good. This was not fast at all. Drive through line took 20 minutes and it wasn’t even that long. This needs work big time

Organization and order at this Chick-fil-A is definitely not that of the standard of Chick-fil-A. There is no synergy agmost employees. It takes way to long in drive through and inside. I would to see these guys get some team build

Definitely not the service you are used to for CFA. Very slow and inefficient. 20 minutes in the drive through that was empty when I arrived. On a previous visit they told me it would be 20-25 minute wait. Food is fine. Just don’t expect what you’re familiar with at CFA.
My husband and I are visiting this area and Two night in a row the sauces ordered were missing from the sealed bag when door dashing. My husband and I love Chick-fil-A and eat regularly in our home town and have never had a problem like this from any other chick fil a.

They had to have been pranking me, I waited a long time for the root beer and when they finally gave it to me they had like 3 people say it was a root beer. When I got home it was some weird incredibly dark blue drink I had never seen. It tasted weird and I couldn't go back for a refill.
