Let's start with John was very patient and professional, even with the chaos of the season. i.e. Christmas. His coworkers were very loud with their employees chatter, and not being steady with work. The food was very subpar, not chick-fil-A quality at all. More like KFC 🤢. I had been driving all day after working and was not feeling heavy food. We ordered a salad, spicy chicken meal, and a 10pc. strip meal. The market salad was warm and had brown leafs. Not very appealing or appetizing. The spicy chicken, was with mayo and extra pickles; it didn't have mayo and the waffle fries tasted old, they were hard. As for the 10pc. strip meal, let's just say they were small and curled up made it hard to dip and cold, again the waffle fries were hard and cold. The coke was alright but I ordered a frozen lemonade and it was like a vanilla shake so not what I wanted. I had worked an 8hr shift and drove 11hrs here for Christmas. All I wanted was food and sleep. I went to Chick-fil-A for quality food and came away with subpar food. Not what I know Chick-fil-A for. No I did not call to complain due to being so tired. Columbus,Ms. Chick-fil-A needs to due better. I spent over $40. Do better for the community. It already has plenty of mediocre and subpar restaurants. With that all being said, I understand December 23rd @ 5:30pm is and was very chaotic. I wish you all a blessed and Merry Christmas. John in drive-thru keep up the fantastic work in chaos. We don't usually eat in, but daughter and I had time to waste before an appointment. Besides being clean, and usual good food, an employee who I believe was named Teresa was going to tables and making sure everyone was happy, getting refills for customers, and taking trays and trash. Above and beyond with a smile.

Drive thru was soooooo slow when I came through. Chick fil a is known everywhere as fast and good. This was not fast at all. Drive through line took 20 minutes and it wasn’t even that long. This needs work big time

They have the best salads. The Market salad is my favorite by far! And the fried chicken strips are amazing. I can't wait to try the Mac and cheese.
