Went in for what we thought would be a great family time at the Cjs. This was my first time ever visiting and my last. Everyone that came after use received their pizza before us. It’s took over 45mins to make a vegetarian pizza. Then for it to not taste flavorful makes it even worse. Worst pizza in Columbus. The server was apologetic but still couldn’t save the bitter taste this visit left in my mouth and wallet.

I'm sorry but I've given CJ's more then once to do me right and they missed the mark. I waited over an hour for mediocre pizza. CJs is not my cup-o-tea or maybe I'm not CJs cup-o-tea.

Enjoyed our experience here!!! Told by a local that this location was really good so we gave it a try for lunch! Ordered pick 2 w/cinnamon pizza and 2 topping pizza (sausage and pepperoni) , honey bbq wings, and buffalo Stromboli with 2 sweet teas. The wait was not entirely long (it's lunchtime) and there was a mishap that contributed to our wait, which was ok. Waiters were busy but still attentive, which was great. Everything was good and we would recommend! The Buffalo sauce wasn't really tasted in the Stromboli but it still had a good flavor. Overall good experience! Spent around $37 not including tip

Service was subpar. Waitress acted like she couldn’t be bothered and was rude. Garlic cheese bread was definitely just store brought breadsticks with packaged shredded cheese on top but somehow they were expecting $9 for it. The pizza wasn’t anything special. Tasted like something I could very easily make at home. Wasn’t terrible but for $50 between 2 people I’d expect better. There’s a pizza place downtown that tastes a lot better and the atmosphere is amazing.

Other than that, food came out fast and we got service quickly. But that was about it.

We placed an order for pick up around 1pm. They said 20 minutes, it took 40minutes.
We got the pizza home to much sauce too little cheese quality control was poor. The crust was not cooked completely to a nice brown it was doughy on the bottom.
CJs doesn’t offer real Italian sausage you get imitation sausage not authentic Italian sausage.
No where near authentic Italian pizza. The taste of the sauce is very good flavor.

Took 45 minutes for my food to come out and well over an hour for my boyfriends. They claimed their oven was out which would be common courtesy to let us know

Absolutely horrible experience since they moved to new location. They always have an excuse of why they can't serve us. Tonight was they were too busy with catering even though the inside of restaurant was empty and we got turned away. I drove 30 miles specifically to eat at CJ's. Previously, we waited an hour to get served because their takeout orders took priority. I watched them turn customer after customer away. If I could give them a negative 10 score I would. I will not be returning to CJ's and recommend Lost Pizza anytime over CJ's.
