I wanted to give this place a fair chance, but the customer service is seriously lacking. I called with a simple question, and instead of being helpful, they hung up on me. It’s disappointing to be treated so dismissively, especially when there are plenty of other places offering similar products with better service. If you value being treated with basic courtesy, I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.
The owner is not a good person he is the one that hung up on me and I hope he sees this review!

The taste and appearance of the teas are not consistent. Staff are friendly but not knowledgeable teas that are being offered.
