Only reason I give it 2 stars is because when I go it’s usually great. But today was horrible. Waited nearly 5 mins at the speaker for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. Then when I got up to the window, I was not greeted nor spoken to for almost 10 mins. When they finally did open the window the person was soooo unfriendly as well. I asked for Cajun fries and got regular and asked for cheese curds but only got like 3. I used to work in food service so I get it but at the same time, waiting at the window for that long and being greeted with attitude is absolutely not okay at all. I am very happy with the service the other times I’ve been but today was just not it.

This place was phenomenal!!!! And prices were extremely reasonable!!
Soft drinks were all our of fizz! They only had tea,I wanted no tea ,they told me I had to wait till the next Day b4 it was fixed I said I am here now and my meal comes with a drink.I asked for mgmt and sh e decided to let me have a shake which she didn't fill,ok.The manager was however a sweet person aside the employees trying to take over her her job.

The staff is absolutely wanderful every time we've been, and we usually go quite late at night(9-11 at night). If something has been made wrong, they're quick to fix, no attitude. And are especially patient with the kids as they learn to order their food! Absolutely one of our favorite food joints in Columbus!
Kid-friendliness: Very patient as kids speak out loud their orders(even when they're a little more quiet than they should be).
