We dined in Saturday morning, 3/29. We were sat in a section less packed than the rest, and we soon found out why. Our server never came, ever. We sat there for 15 minutes before asking the host to find our server. She still never came. At 25 minutes sitting at the table and not even our drink orders taken, we decided to get up and leave. Other patrons sitting near us said they were about to get up and do the same. Whoever “Olivia P” is that was supposed to serve our table, must have been on a break or just MIA. Thankfully the sweet host spoke to us and was able to put us in a new section instead of us leaving. The woman who was now our server did amazing. The food however left yet another disappointment. Everyone that ordered hashbrowns received these incredibly, INCREDIBLY oily ones. My son’s were sitting in a pool of oil on his plate. The picture attached is AFTER I tried soaking some of it up with a napkin. Everyone’s plate had oil on it in some way. Incredibly unappetizing way to end an already disappointing start. Cracker Barrel used to be one of my favorite restaurants years ago, but I doubt we’ll ever return to the Columbus location again.

Dried egg yolk all over my fork. Asked waitress for another as she was setting down my meal and I waited 15 minutes before it was brought (after asking twice). Our pepper shaker was completely empty and there was no salt shaker. My husband asked for keys up and butter. I eventually asked another table for their keys up and we never got butter. 5 tables, in our close vicinity, were empty but not cleared, the entire time we were there (1 1/2 hrs) yet it wasn’t that busy. We arrived at 1:30. Any large lunch crowd was already gone. I told my husband we will give them one more chance in a week or so and then make decision to go back or not. It truly seems the level of acceptance has really dropped when it comes to service by the staff. A manager never came by the whole time we were there or I would have complained.

The hostess was horrible. She didn't welcome me. She just said, in a very gruff voice, there will be a ten minute wait. The restaurant was almost empty so I asked her why. She barked at me; why what? I said; Why the wait? She then told me that they were short of servers. My server was delightful. I mentioned that the hostess was so rude and wondered if the manager was aware of it. The server said; She IS the manager.

Breakfast was served at room temperature. They took it back and microwaved it. Finally the waitress had the kitchen make us fresh ones. Second time at this location. I hope I remember NOT to come back. Great waitress though!

Went around 5:45 PM. Restaurant wasn't crowded but it took a while before our server arrived at table. She took drink and meal ordered, didn't see her for 10 to 15 minutes when she returned with food, drinks, cornbread and no napkins. Didn't see her again until after we had finished our meal. The food was good, but not the service. Will not return when in the area.

Went for breakfast twice in 2 weeks and both was horrible but I must say it was my favorite but not anymore! Not sure what's happening but it needs to go back to caring bout their service!

Waited 20 minutes for someone to take a drink order. The person who seated us saw that we hadn’t been served and brought our drinks. I ordered my meatloaf with as little ketchup as possible and it came slathered in fresh ketchup. I ended up using several napkins to remove most of the ketchup. Only a fork was in the tableware packet. When I finally got the server’s attention I had to as for a knife. Server did not see to our needs but paid special attention to two other tables. Pitiful service. I ended up having to ask another server to bring our bill.

The food was great, but the service not so much. These waitresses need to start writing down the order and not expecting that they can remember what a table full of people tell them. I'm truly not impressed with your memory skills. This time, the food was great, but no water that we ordered to begin with. Then only one was brought to the table after we had to ask. Also had to ask for napkins. Cracker Barrel management please let your people write down their orders.

No one to seat us for 15 minutes then one waitress who refused to take our whole order just drinks, but never brought them. Then 20 minutes later another waitress who also only took our drink order. Then told us they don’t serve 1000 island dressing anymore. Food was 20 more minutes and my drink tasted like a diet soda and still tasted like that when she replaced it with a different flavor. People that were seated way after us got served before we got to order food! Probably won’t be back for a long time!!!

Food is always dependable it was slow getting to us this time. I believe we had a brand new server. But the part that bothered me is it just wasn’t friendly like the others we have gone to. Especially when cashing out. Just plain rude

After being seated, we had our orders taken, the waitress brought us our drinks, the soda was extremely flat, and I couldn't exchange it because our waitress didn't stop by our table again for at least 30 minutes before our food was ready. We asked for bread and we did not get that until we got out food and when we did it was hard and stale. And then we ordered the same thing, and both dishes came out wrong and we didn't realize until our waitress left, and we were not able to get her attention at all so we just ate and left, and when we were paying at the register, the cashier seemed rude and annoyed and it was just not a pleasant experience.
