Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The staff was amazing, everyone was very friendly. The manager Ms Felisa, i think thats what her name was. She came around asking each customer how was & was everything ok. That dosen't happen often.They were very professional. The restaurant was very clean, and the food was very good & delicious. I really appreciate the great customer service

The food was good but did come out colder than it should have. The server seemed like it was an inconvenience that she had to work. Her attitude was poor. The sweet tea I ordered was given to my diabetic father and his unsweet tea he ordered was given to me. It’s an easy mistake, but she Seemed like it was an inconvenience for her to have to even fix it.
On the retail and it was a completely different experience altogether. The manager was very helpful with finding us toys that we were looking for for the kids, helping us check out, and up selling products in the retail store and signing us up for the rewards program. If the restaurant side would be more like the retail side, it would be a fantastic experience.

Me and my Mom had lunch here on 5/19/2025. I usually like Cracker Barrel, but this time, the food was not great. The sweet tea was on the verge of being spoiled. The turnip greens were also not good. My mom got a new Cajun shrimp dish with a sauce that was too thin...it was almost like water. The waitress was good and the atmosphere was good. The store, like always, has some cute items.

From the moment the hostess greeted us with such a pleasant manner and our waitress seeming as happy to be there as we were, to getting our dinners served nice and hot just the way we like them, it was a great experience.

Our family loves Cracker Barrel!
We only stop by when we have a doctor's appointment in a town that has one because there aren't any close by.
Love the food! The meatloaf, the chicken and dumplings, the grilled chicken tenders, the biscuits, the blackberry jam and their sweet tea are all really good. My parents like the maple bacon grilled chicken. The baby carrots good and the sweet potatoe is amazing!!

We decided to give Cracker Barrel one more shot hoping the service would not be lacking. We were glad we did. Our server Sarah was the best. She was attentive and very polite. My cup was never empty and was served my food promptly. Y'all definitely need more like miss Sarah!

Great Cracker barrel location. Ordered curbside via app, received food 5 minutes early. Food was fresh and cooked perfectly. Highly recommended.

I love this location! Wait time is not long and the service there is really great! My favorite for breakfast. We ordered the mozzarella bites as an appetizer, the mama pancakes, cheesecake pancakes, and the server kept our drinks filled. We left very full and satisfied and the pricing is very reasonable. We will be returning & recommend this Cracker Barrel

I just waited 35 minutes for a simple breakfast - eggs, bacon, hashbrown casserole. The bacon came out basically raw. The food was cold. Disgusting. I spoke to a manager after waiting 5 mor minutes. All she gave was an apology. Disgusting. I do not recommend this place at all.

The food wasn't that good it wasn't when that hot tasted like they poured it right out the can and the dumplings were so thick I couldn't bare it . The service was great though.
