Bad customer service skills. I ordered a blizzard didn’t know they added chocolate syrup. So I asked could they remake it without the syrup & they refused. Very Poor

Only got a drink, but the line was fast and dink was cold
I placed an order for the $7 cheesburger lunch and was asked if I wanted cheese...what...I thought a cheeseburger had cheese. Ordered the $7 chicken strip lunch for my mother, paid prepared our drinks and sat...and sat...and sat. Went to the counter to wait for our lunch and when the next order came out it was not ours, but the one that was ordered AFTER ours. When we finally did get our order, my fries and burger were cold. We will not return to this location.

If I could rate my experience zero for today I would but I just have to put something but y’all had me pull up and pay and listen to employees argue infront of me about why she don’t want to clean for almost 5 mins and then y’all tell me to pull up and wait some more and smack ya lips when I say please hurry cause I’m late myself ….need better management send folks home to argue with they momma y’all don’t get paid for that!!!! ZERO STARS
