Way better than most other fast food joints, but the service at this location is very disappointing. I won't revisit for sure.
Jacks is always good
I've attempted to eat breakfast there several times but am never able to order. The employees leave dining rooms full of customers just standing while they fill to go orders.
We walked in as a group of five and were not able to order because of the wait in the order before us. There was only one person to use the register with people steadily coming in to order as well. After ordering we still had a 20 minute wait in the food. Honestly the workers were genuinely nice, but the time was a little too long for a fast food restaurant. Food is great a burger spot. But wait was too extensive. We had to cancel the order. If you’re willing to wait 45-50 minutes without food sure. -Nay
Never really had an issues with jack’s service until here recently. I’ve been coming for breakfast and every time I come through the drive thru I can usually tell who’s at the window. A lady with a very rude tone and very uninviting demeanor. Pulled through the drive through , she rushed me and told me to pull around. Got to the window, just told me my total… no friendly engagement or anything. As I’m waiting on my order she answers another order on the headset and greets customer ( Caucasian guy) with a good morning and all kinds of nice exchange. Asked for salt for my food just hurried and gave it to me like I was being annoying. To add insult to injury , didn’t get a fork and I had several items that required utensils. Just because you’re not having a good day , you don’t have to go ruining someone else’s!

Always great this is not first time eating here every time I come to Columbus I stop here. Great food and even better service
Jack's in Columbus has had its ups and downs through the years. Currently they are down. The facility was very dirty, everything was sticky to the touch and in general the staff, though nice, were very unorganized and slow. The food was ok. Improved leadership is needed, at least that's the way it appears.
I placed an order on the app went to pick it up in the drive-through at the time the app said it was ready. I was then mean to wait 45 minutes in the drive-through and then came inside and waited as well and after all that time you think the meal would be done and good but no my chicken bowls were OK but my big jack looks like slop. It looks so unappetizing that wouldn’t feed this to my cat it looks nothing like any big jack I’ve ever ordered before this Jax should be ashamed of itself. It is gone downhill over the past few months. It needs a completely new management and staff.
It's a good place, sometimes they have childish, workers running the cashier. Which is a turn off for me.

Went in for a 2 piece chicken dinner, ordered got my meal hot, fresh and fast. Cashier was very nice and wished me a great day. Service with a smile!
Brian Mccrary was managing today. He was absolutely disgustingly rude to my elderly grandfather . He just wanted his military discount on his order. The manager and the employees continued to talk rudely after we’d left the counter. Customer service should be friendly. Understanding. Not rude and disrespectful. Get a new job, Brian. You’re not fit for customer service. (I’ve worked in it for a decade, I should know).
