Never got served! Waited in drive through for 30 minutes and then were not greeted or serviced. They only took our order. Many other went in and the orders were taken. What is the problem with this. Loved me some Jimmy John but this is the second time in a row I have had problems! I am going to have to scratch JJ off my list!

“Freaky Slow!” We’ve been in the drive thru 10 min and moved 1 car forward. This is an consistent problem at the Jimmy John’s. The staff is relatively friendly by Columbus Standards, but they are incredibly slow. I have only had one issue with accuracy of the order but often have to repeat myself on my orders. Compared to the many other Jimmy John’s I’ve been to around the country, this is at the very bottom of the list.

The turkey club or Lulu is a great sandwich here! The kickin ranch is awesome! Delicious pickles! Always fast, friendly and they always get my order right!!

For years, I've said I'm not paying for a cold sandwich. I can do that at home. I have always eaten at the competitor across the street, but the price gets higher as the quality and size gets worse. So! Craving something meaty (tired of salad on low carb) I drive up and realized immediately that I didn't have to explain an unwich! IT'S on the menu! I ordered the #7, no tomato, added bacon and asked for 2 mustard packs. I didn't get those packs but didn't need them. Flavor was on point. I also had tomatoes- and was half through starting to pick them out when my 12 year old pointed out that I had been enjoying them! Who knew I like tomatoes? You've got a fan, Jimmy John's! I got a Huge unwich, add bacon and diet coke for around 10 dollars. See ya next Sunday! ?

Tried to order a platter assortment of sandwiches delivered for a funeral gathering. 3 different employees weren’t familiar with major roads and even said they couldn’t find them on a map! Really? It’s a small town. Finally a woman came on claiming we don’t deliver there. Hard to believe they don’t deliver to the largest employer in the area (an Air Force Base) just past us. Fortunately, a competitor does. I won’t call here again.
