We're staying in Columbus for a few days and wanted to try out a local restaurant for some good ol' home cooking. We read lots of reviews and decided on Jones Restaurant. We were very pleased. The place isn't fancy, but the service was quick, the waitress was polite, and the food was simple but delicious. I moved to Columbus, MS about five months ago, and one of my quests is to find all the local restaurants, and there are a whole slew of them, but today, as I was driving around the downtown area I was headed north on 4th Street toward Main when I saw the open sign in a building that said Jones Restaurant.
