I really love Juva and order frequent when I’m in town. However, today there was a gentleman who became annoyed with one small mistake. I normally get a king kale but mistakenly said kale Yeah with vanilla. The guy appeared to be annoyed and stated there’s no sunflower butter. Fine, No problem at all. This happens often . I proceeded with informing him I would like the strawberry banana one and he said ok which one we have several like that (in a annoyed tone) I said ok and he just stared and we asked him to give us a moment. It became quite awkward at this time. I ended up purchasing I’m sure from experience this is not a reflection of Juva customer service. The sunflower butter wasn’t surprising.Theyre out of it often or other things.

Disappointing every time, always out of everything. Employee informed me that the phone isn’t plugged in, called multiple times so I wouldn’t waste a trip. I never leave reviews but this is continuous and exhausting.

The customer service here was terrible. After waiting in a 5 car line the employee said it would be to hard to make açaà bowl. Once she told me she turned her head. Very disrespectful. I won’t be back.

I found metal pieces in my smoothie!!!! Made me reals sick!! I will never go there again!!
Every time I had any type of drink here it tasted like mostly water. There is a big difference in the taste at the Java in Starkville, MS than the one in Columbus, MS. The Starkville location tastes amazing every now and then depending on who makes them you would get one that is not good. But in Columbus every single time is a waste of money and the flavor is icy or watery. Tried them 3 times hoping it may was the person that was making them. At this point not going again to expect a different result.

To be honest, I feel management need to tighten up, I don't think it's the workers, I think it's the owners. They ran short of supplies for weeks at a time and now the lobby is closed and traffic is in the streets at times. Workers do their best it seems but they only do so much. Besides all that, drinks are good.

Excellent smoothie! I was having problems with allergies and the Kale Yeah was just what I needed! Cute place, diverse menu with lots of drink options, bowls and nutrition bars. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable!
