This is about the third or fourth try I've given this Kentucky Fried Chicken a chance. Each time I was sadly disappointed on all fronts. While I do like KFC chicken in general, this particular one on Hwy 45 North is nasty inside, and the employees are unfriendly and with no desire to provide good customer service. For the last time, I decided to give them another chance. Only 2 people eating inside. Someone taking orders for drive through. Several older women were waiting in front of me for at least 15 minutes. Nobody came to counter but one who told the ladies she'd be right back. She did not return so the women walked out, leaving just me. I waited and waited and waited while hearing employees in back laughing. I turned around and walked out. How does this restaurant stay in business? How do they even keep their KFC franchise?

9 times out of 10 my food is piping hot. I know people don’t usually expect a lot from KFC but even if there’s a little wait, 90%+ of the time, my food is super super hot.Thank you guys for helping me enjoy KFC again! For a while I stopped going because I was just so disappointed in the chain as a whole:).

I ordered and paid for 2,3 piece meals. When I got home the meals were both 2 piece. I didn't get a chance to call and complain that afternoon because we were headed out of town due to a family emergency. The person taking my order repeated the order and everything but the order was still screwed up. I called the next day and the lady said I should have called back the day it happened. I was very disappointed because that was not cool and if that is your policy it should be written on your receipt. If we screw your order up you must call us the same day to tell us that we messed your order up. I was very disappointed. Lesson learned check your order before you leave the window!

I highly recommend going inside and at lunch time. We've been several times and the food is about what i'd expect from any KFC. The drive through service is a mixed bag. I've had some workers be rude and standoffish, I've had others be just fine. It's hard to find consistency here. Overall, go at lunch and go inside for better service.

This location is consistently out of many different menu items. When you get what you want it’s decent enough quality but I’ve been here multiple times and have had them tell me they’re out everything of tenders to Dr Pepper to mashed potatoes.

We come to Columbus a lot and shop a lot here. Almost every place the employees were very cordial and pleasant and most are African american . We stopped at the KFC on Highway 45 to pick up dinner to take home. Our first encounter was with the cashier. When she took our order which took some time she was less than friendly, never greeting us, never a pleasant word or smile, offering nothing but the receipt. There were several customers that came and left with orders and it was noticed that if they were her nationality she was more pleasant and helpful. We waited a long while for our order which was a 12 piece chicken bucket at a price of 26.00. As we waited we encountered eye contact with all of the employees and though I was being pleasant and smiled at them not once did any of them nod or smile, I felt uncomfortable and sorry that I had chosen this establishment. I noticed a sign on the counter offering a large side for 2.99 if you were buying a meal and 26.00 for a bucket of chicken was a meal for four. I ask if I could purchase the side but was told by the cashier that if I wanted that price I had to order it with the original order, which I still had not received and if I wanted it, it would cost over 5.00. I decided not to get the side, I also decided this was not a place I would return to. If all the employees harbor this questionable attitude then most likely the owner/manager did to. It is sad that this day and time people can not work to overcome the racism on display being caused by our current government.

DT cashier could not get anything right. I know it's a KFC but most chicken places offer a grilled chicken option but not here. I asked for two sides of the same thing. No ice with drink but received ice in my drink any ways. Ordered a box meal and she asked if I wanted the box meal. Terrible experience, I will not return.

We went through the drive threw and ordered a small order of chicken liver and was asked to drive to the front and they'd bring out to us after waiting 20-30 minutes my friend decided to walk in and see what was taking so long they apologized that they had forgotten about us and gave him a coke and french fry on the house other then that The food was great.
