Got there at 3:30pm and was told that there was a 16 minute wait didn't get the food until 4:15pm... District Manager had to fill the orders... That is crazy how slow the employees are.

Food was not even done after waiting for a good 20 minutes or more. The person at the drive through speaks so LOW THAT I COULD NOT HEAR HER! But once I drove around to the window I had to repeat the order MULTIPLE TIMES. She speaks so LOW AND I WAS TRYING TO READ HER LIPS BUT THAT WAS EVEN MORE DIFFICULT. Totally serious and in NO WAY MAKING FUN OF ANYONE. It is just difficult to place an order with such difficult circumstances. She speaks very low.

Update for June 3rd 2024. Thought I give it one more try .... food is just terrible . They told me that their cooking some.fresb chicken tenders .I had to pull up to wait , it took.a lomg.time . Got them finally. Goy home chicken tenders are terrible not cooked . But crust hard as everything...I threw it in the garbage ...awful.looking.food

Several times a month, I place an online order to take to elderly neighbors. In the beginning it was always ready at the time chosen. The last few times it has not been ready. Tonight I go to pick it up and they say they are just putting them in the oven and it will be 20 minutes. I placed the order online at 3 o’clock to be picked up at 6 PM. There is no reason, it was not ready at the appointed time. The employees were very rude. Also, restaurant is always nasty. I will no longer use KFC in Columbus, Mississippi.

We got there at like 8:30 and they weren't supposed to close until 9:30 and we ordered online! So we were trying to go up there but they were closed! And we were trying to talk to someone but he was extremely rude and wouldn't even try to understand! Never go here horrible!!!
