Placed an order got it wrong i realized that it when i got home tried to call and asked them could bring it back they put me hold for about 5 minutes . So I hung up tried to call again and no one would pick up . I’ve worked in customer service for over 40 years this is not right . Will I stop buying KFC no . But I will stop going to this one. SMH

Got here at 5pm. Placed order for 12 piece extra crispy. After paying and 3 mins later, cashier tells me they’re out of extra crispy breast and wings, and it would be 16 mins if I waited. I said I would wait and then 14 mins later he tells me that it will be another 11 mins because they just dropped them and had other orders to get out. I’ve been here the hole time and only one car has came thru the drive thru. This happens every time. Piece of advice, go to 45

A new manager has taken over this location and the service and food is so much better. They are all super nice and all our food was really good.

This KFC has gotten so much better. It even smells better. I am glad it has gotten better. I was going across town to get KFC. Now it is closer to home. I will definitely be going back. So much better.

I placed a mobile order. Thr wait wasn't bad, but it's that fact that when I received my food I had no utensils or napkins. They gave me the wrong sauces and part of my order was missing.

Got there at 3:30pm and was told that there was a 16 minute wait didn't get the food until 4:15pm... District Manager had to fill the orders... That is crazy how slow the employees are.

Food was not even done after waiting for a good 20 minutes or more. The person at the drive through speaks so LOW THAT I COULD NOT HEAR HER! But once I drove around to the window I had to repeat the order MULTIPLE TIMES. She speaks so LOW AND I WAS TRYING TO READ HER LIPS BUT THAT WAS EVEN MORE DIFFICULT. Totally serious and in NO WAY MAKING FUN OF ANYONE. It is just difficult to place an order with such difficult circumstances. She speaks very low.
