Often out of donuts. Once they had only 3 types available. There is no excuse when a donut shop is out of donuts. Arbitrary dining room rules. Drive through speaker is awful. Can’t hear anything. The flavor is unrivaled though. I used to work for Krispy Kreme and have a culinary arts degree.

Very rode military right ran business. The black lady running the place was so tight knit she wouldn’t even give us time to look at the doughnut counter. She rushed us through but thank goodness we were rushed out because the place was so smoky you can only stay inside in intervals. Now my family and I are shopping today in Columbus, Ms walking around smelling like burnt donut smoke. Awful!

Its was except the employee didn't get my order correct. I live 4 hrs away and didn't even open the box until the next day. I ordered 6 glazed and 6 chocolate covered and got a dozen glazed. The donuts were good. The place was clean and I was treated courteously.

Went into the store this morning 9/27/25. Once we walked in our shoes was sticking to the floor and there was two roaches right by the counter in the floor. We decided that we would not be eating here anymore! Hopefully management cleans this up soon!
I went by on my travels home to get the viral Harry Potter sorting doughnuts and they’re OUT!! They won’t sell them anymore as a franchise. We don’t live close to one and was so disappointed, but the only guy working said that come October (mind you it’s September now) that there will be other holiday themed items dropping. I wanted them to have a Harry Potter marathon. Rip. Bring them back!!
