The woman working the drive through window this morning is the kindest person! She went out of her way to make my kids happy and spoke to us like we were good friends! She made my morning and my kids start off with the most pleasant smile!

Donuts tasted old, not fresh at all. They advertised their cold coffees on numerous signs just to be told âwe donât sell them anymoreâ clearly lies or else why would you advertise them on multiple signs?

They are so annoying. I placed and paid for an order at like 5-6am for a certain type of donut. I had my pickup for 11am. I get to the drive thru just for them to ask my name on my order and say they donât have the donuts. Donât you think as a business you could call and let people know? Especially after you take their money. I asked for a refund because I wanted what I ordered. The workers arenât helpful and they just seem like they donât give a f. They refunded me and the email says âcustomer no longer wants orderâ NO YALL DONT HAVE WHAT I ORDERED AND FAILED TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER !!!!

I had coupons I internet the coupon different than the worker, that turn me off.. check out pictures below..it says buy any dozen u get a free original , it also say limit 3. I am so tired of business not meaning what is shown on the coupons.. I will not buy another donot from the. It's a place in West Point that is far better and 1.06 a donut.. who got time to be wasting gas on this mess...

We showed up an hour before they closed and they turned us away even when we showed them their own hours. Worst service ever received. Would not recommend.
itâs 4pm on a sunday & says theyâre open. placed an order online and no one is even there. never got our order. now having to wait on a refund. what a disappointment.
