Came at 430 on Sunday January 3rd. At least 15 empty tables. Was told there would be a thirty minute wait, no explanation as to why. This is totally unacceptable. We left and went to Harveys. Dont know that we will be back.

We dined there New Year’s Eve as we’ve done so for the last 5 years. I ordered 6 pc chicken tenders. They were maybe a quarter of the size in the menu picture and mostly breading. I said something to the waitress and all she said was that’s why they have a 9 pc… really?? Very rude. Ate there Christmas Eve also and the food came out cold. I had Flo’s filet and lobster tail. Will be a while before we go back, if ever.

if i could give this a 0/10 i would. their service tonight sucked. i placed a mobile crubside order and after waiting 10 minutes past the time they gave. i went inside and still had to wait 10 more minutes. by the time i got home with my food, realized half my order was missing. when i went back and told them i was missing it, they told me to pick any other side and then after i told them what i wanted the came back with something else. Ruined my taste for long horn steak house.

I love coming to Longhorn, I actually eat here every time I’m in Columbus from Starkville. My recent visit here was 2 days ago and I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after two days I’ve decided this just needs to be talked about. They were on a wait and we decided to eat at the bar high top table. Our server who was also bartending, I believe her name was Allison… was extremely rude asking us “what do you want”. I gave her my id for a drink and she laughed at my id and I was confused asked what was wrong and she says “that doesn’t even look like you”. Astonished I offered to show her proof it was me, but she laughed it off shook her head and walked away. Then she made fun of my accent and looked at my friend I was eating with and said “I know you heard how she said that right?” She accused a guest who stood up that she was walking out on her bill. She argued with a table about their food instead of helping them. Her attitude towards customers and demeanor were just not as they should be, coming from someone in the restaurant management industry. These were just a few of the countless encounters we witnessed and experienced. We waited 20 minutes just to be told “I’ll be there in a second” I understand being busy, I understand a slammed restaurant and needing some time to get things together, but it came to a point where we felt neglected and were on the fence of discussing the matter with management. We of course decided not to, but I just feel the need to express this here so there can be some consideration on employees and their positions.

I tried to call to place an order and was put on hold for the entire trip to this location. ( 15 minutes). When I arrived at the location, I went to the bar and was ignored again by the person on duty. She took the two young ladies sitting next me to orders and when I told her I wanted a to go order, she directed me to yet another person. This person never greeted me just asked what did I want?!? I placed my order and returned to the bar to wait for the food. I understand that places are very busy but customer service should always be top tier! I asked for a towel to wipe the bar off because it was messy from spills and other things. I never got a towel! The

Our quoted wait time for a table was 25 minutes, which ultimately turned into approximately 45 minutes. Although this was inconvenient, we chose to overlook it. After being seated, we waited more than 25 minutes before our server came to take our drink order. She then left to prepare our drinks, but an additional 15 minutes passed with no return and no beverages.

At that point, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. While I understand the restaurant was busy, the server appeared to prioritize larger parties, and that does not justify us waiting nearly 30 minutes at the table without even receiving our drinks.

Based on this experience, I do not recommend this establishment, and I will not come back.

I know that the food and service can be really good here, but it is not consistent. I have tried to do curbside a couple times, only for no one to answer the phone at all, and I've experienced long wait times. However, there has been a girl with red braids the past few times I have ordered, and she delivers outstanding customer service. I wish I had gotten her name to shout her out.

The food was really good but we did have to wait about 30 minutes for a table. The bread was not that great. The sweet tea however was amazing. It was really busy so the service just wasn't five star, but it was good for a busy Sunday. Can be a little pricey depending on what you get but it's a good place to go, maybe just make reservations beforehand.

The wait was almost 30 minutes and then we were called to be seated the booth they took us too was unacceptable ‼️ THE seats were still dirty with food, the floor was dirty, the table was still wet from being half cleaned and they still put the menus on the table and they got wet‼️ I asked a worker could someone come back out and clean our area so we could sit down we stood there another 15 mins and nobody never came we decided to leave cause the customer service is very unacceptable and unprofessional
