I ordered a 2 outlaw ribeye and it took over an hour to get the food done. The corn-n-a-cob is not even cooked. This is the worst steakhouse I experienced. And I leave with no tip to them. Everything is below my expectations

We decided on Longhorn for lunch, oddly there was no lunch menu. We ordered anyway from the main menu. The food was a little better than ok. The atmosphere was nice and quiet, and the service was great....
It was just a little overpriced. $75 for 2 to eat lunch, the food should've been outstanding.

One star is too much!!! Everytime I go I get told there is no more room. Clearly I’m staring at empty tables. I’m not dirty or stinky. So I have no clue. But I’ve only been once. So I guess that’s all I’m allowed to have. Once before I was told 2 hours for party of 5. Empty “tables” then too. Just don’t understand. I even called the store to speak with a manager about my experience and kept getting put on hold. I know they are working but I clearly told them I wasn’t pleased with service so I assume the manager didn’t want to deal with it was the reason I avoided. So I chose “HARVEYS”. They were loaded and still got us a table. Fast service!!! Probably for the best.

The Flo's Filet was SO peppery my wife just could not eat it. My pork chops were supposed to come with a custom cowboy-type sauce on the side, but the waitress just shrugged and said the pork chops don't come with sauce. I later checked the menu on the way out and there it was- cowboy sauce.

I, myself, have given up on the steaks at Longhorn; never seem to get a decent one, let alone a good one. They are sometimes too tough, sometimes there is too much that can't be chewed, or sometimes taste like liver.

I had a French Onion soup that wasn't hot. The French Fries were not our favorite. My wife got the wrong salad, which was fine.

The service is lacking. Our waitress seemed sad. Should hire maybe one more waitress or hostess as they are spread thin. We stood at the hostess station for way too long before a waitress said she would help us.

The bill was $50 and I always tip. I am tired of paying for poor food and marginal service. We didn't send the filet back not wanting to wait for another, but they all were probably marinaded in pepper for 5 days. I should not have to argue about whether a sauce is on the menu. I am not coming back to Longhorn's.

LONG POST ALERT ‼️‼️‼️

I usually don’t do this since I work in the fast food industry, but how we was treated tonight at LONGHORN in Columbus was TERRIBLE ‼️

We waited over a hour & a half to be seated . They told us they was busy & we understood & waited patiently . After waiting all that time they tell us they can’t seat our party of 7 bc they’re short staffed. We asked for the manager . The hostess goes to get him while he was sitting down & he refuses to get up to come talk to us .

It took my autistic son to yell out & cry LOUDLY for him to get up to see about us & still tell us we couldn’t be seated together.

All the years we have been to Longhorn , we have never been treated this way ! I will gladly take my money elsewhere ‼️‼️

Walked in with family 4 tables seated in the whole restaurant and we had a 15 minute wait for seating. Food was mediocre at best. Server was great and polite. Ended up having to waiting 20 minutes to get our bill .

The food is good! Really enjoyed it! The service was kind of slow! There wasn’t a lot of people but the waiter still took a while to get our drinks going!

My fiancée and I have no clue what the food was like. We did the online check-in and was told it would be a 45 minute wait time. We waited for an hour and a half before we was told our table was ready. Once we got inside, we were told that the they confirmed our table, but it wasn't actually ready for us. They said we would have to wait another 30 minutes. We proceeded to wait another hour and watched multiple people come in after us but get seated before us. Absolutely terrible service

was seated at this location @ 3:11pm. A server did not come take our drink order until 15 minutes later. Then she comes back and says that we were not her table and she was giving the table to someone else. By 4:25 we still did not have our order. Asked for a manager. The server had someone else to bring the ticket. When the manager came to the table, he appeared to have a dismissive attitude about the situation. I won’t be back. No apologies were extended. Just attitudes.

SO UNPROFFESSIONAL- Manager blamed a person that was part of our party for them LITERALLY waiting an hour and 15 minutes to seat us. People that had not even been in the parking lot got sat, time after time after time. And then they sat us at a table that was available the ENTIRE TIME!!! We arrived at 7pm and did not leave until 10PM. In what world is this ok? Then to top it off as we are trying to get out of there because we have to be up by 5 am NO Staff is around to cash out. We are normally very high tippers. I am a previous manager of a restaurant. THIS is not how you run it. Maybe it's because part of our crew is Mexican or they don't like white people. I'm not sure. But if you saw how they sat everyone that would walk in the door but made us wait is sickening! We were one of the last customers in the restaurant as they were cleaning and shutting down. Horrible Horrible!!
