Lost pizza doesn't close at 9pm, it closes at 835pm. At least when I tried to order at that time, she said she is done taking orders for the night. I really wanted a pizza too, but wasn't aware of the new hours. We went somewhere else to eat.

Ordered the fatboy cheeseburger pizza. No bacon no onion and the picture tells the rest. Nothing but pizzadough with ketchup and the dark spots are supposedly hamburger meat. LOST PIZZA Y'ALL MUST DO BETTER. I DIDN'T SHORT CHANGE YOU ON PAYING FOR THIS BOX OF CRAP !!

We ate there on a Wed night. Pizza crust was only about 2/3 covered with sauce and even less with toppings. We threw most of it out because it was nothing but crust.

The food is delicious, I'm very disappointed that we were turned away 35 mins before closing time, i understand staff wants to go home but we couldn't even place a TO GO order! This place needs better management!

My family and I had not ordered from this location in 2 years so we decided to order. First of all we only got half of what we ordered and second it took an hour and half to get 2 salads. Once after calling back and telling staff about the food that was not on bag they had no remorse or apology. Then when returned to get the correct order they were closed. In short eat at another restaurant that honors your money and business.

They were busy, but fast service. The food is amazing! Fresh and cooked to perfection. We will be back for the dine in experience because the atmosphere is inviting and fun.

The staff were nice enough. Restaurant was freezing cold. They had no silverware…they basically asked us to eat with our hands. Luckily, one of the employees scrounged up a flimsy plastic fork for my salad. While it was better than eating with my hands, it left a lot to be desired. Do not waste your money on the small Caesar Salad, the portion size is comparable to a Sam’s club sample cup. If you order a pizza, be sure to order extra cheese in order to get a reasonable amount — ours was definitely more sauce with a sparse sprinkle of cheese.
Just ordered pizza tonight called the Otis online. Added some ingredients and specified no bacon. I came to pick up the pizza, I had to wait in line for an order that out already paid for. The order I received was cold, and the pizza was very light in weight to have been a meat lovers pizza. Only half of the crust was covered with the ingredients so I went home and redressed the pizza and added cheese. Very dry, not sure what kind of sauce is used. I spent almost $40 to be terribly dissatisfied. I’m sure they can be better but it just seems like tonight was not it.

Pizzas were delicious. Had everything else been as good I would have given 5 stars. We were a large party and we had to put tables together. That would have been fine if the tables weren't wobbly and un-level. And overall the place was not really clean. IF I get pizza from them again, I will pick up.
