McDonald's in West Point, Ms is sooo slow, and then the majority of the time, the food is cold. How I hate cold fries. People pay way too much money for the food to be given cold fries and fish sandwiches with only half a slice of cheese and a dab of tarter sauce. The last 2 mornings I got egg McMuffin nwith real bacon instead of Canadian bacon. I do not eat bacon. I placed online order today at 7:15 and sat in line until 8.00. I have reward points but will not eat there anymore

They need to hire people who can read and comprehend meal tickets! Almost every time the guys in the back are always talking amongst each other and not doing what they are suppose to or making the food correctly! And everyone complains about the fries! They are NEVER fresh and hot! The employees are nice though!

At first they was going to me someone else's food, I ordered the cheeseburger bundle but the food was cold and the equity was poor and I didn't get no ketchup, napkins or sweet n sour sauce and this isn't the first time this has happened but it will be the last. I won't be back. Y'all need better employees that care.

Yesterday, 1-2-24 ,I used my mobile app for the 2nd time ever. I am collecting the McNugget Buddies . The pick up went smoothly. I dined in , here where it goes south . 1: NO Catsup, 2: I got bait and switch, if you know the bigger box meal starts @ $ 12.00 but it comes with a larger collectible. I opened my box and received a normal happy meal toy .Well, I requested my money back, and I was granted a refund, plus the box I received.So, at the end of the day , the manager was great.Just can't believe me that a McDonald's ran out of catsup..Now the photo of the McNugget Buddy is from a different visit due to I'm trying to collect thenBy the way when I received my previous McBuddie Box , they had No Sweet & Sour sauce.I give the manager two thumbs up, but due to twice visiting this location, they need to hire a full time ordering person, so they won't run out of the basic items.
