Did not get my change back when I paid with quarters. I told her I was paying with coins so she wouldn’t drop them, she only held 1 hand out and 1 quarter fell to the pavement. She appeared frustrated that she had to count $5 of quarters. When I asked her for my nickel back from a quarter and 2 pennies (my total was $5.22) she looked at me like I had lost my mind and said you dropped your quarter on the ground; you don’t get any change back and I’ve already closed my drawer. AND MCDONALD’S WONDER WHY THEIR BUSINESS HAS DROPPED OFF SO BAD??????? Pay more money for an employee that has some courtesy and politeness………or people will continue to go elsewhere

Ordered food, waited an hour, had to go in and all I got was ‘baby, I got here at 7’. The food is hard like they have been under the warmer for an hour. Which it has. I give grace, I know how retail is, but this is ridiculous.

Little nappy dreads last night, in the 2nd window was mad because I told her I ordered 2 snack wrap meals. Meaning in total I get 4 snack wraps, she tried to tell me I was only suppose to receive 2, when the receipt clearly states that it was suppose to be 2 of each. McDonald’s needs to do better at night with their food & attitudes.

These people totally suck at their job. Cant get an order right to save their lives. The only thing they excel at is poor customer service. Update..... I guess reviews don't matter. Went there again and still terrible.
Like the other McDonald's Columbus, this one is hardly maintained and not clean either. Waited 30 minutes for an order. No cola and no water either.

The one on highway 45 is awesome! Great people working there!! I love door dashing with them. So on point and so sweet! The one on old 82 is about 50% what 45 is. They could learn some lessons in social etiquette, calming down and taking it one thing at a time and checking orders before they tape the bag up. It reflects on us when our orders are not only late but wrong! We need to make money too
