I’ve never had a good experience with this place until today honestly, why give a good review? Because of this one wonderful person who lit up my day, went through the drive through about 2:00 and the girl taking my order seemed to not care about anything at all, I get pretty much ignored and moved on, horrible mood starting off, get to the window to pick up my food, there’s this guy LITERALLY samba-ing (in a Christmas hat) to the window to give me my drinks, super sweet, quickly fulfilled all my requests, and just honestly was so lit up and happy it made ME happy, now I understand as someone who works in the customer service industry we can all have our days but the complete lack of care from those employees until now had been quite upsetting, this person however deserves the best in life, in an environment full of people who don’t care he lit up someone’s day, thank you for that.

I’m not one to do reviews but the drive through employees were so rude I had a mobile order. Stopped at the window for a brief second and kept going bc usually they tel you to go on anyway.the lady was to busy doing her nails anyway.

Did not get my change back when I paid with quarters. I told her I was paying with coins so she wouldn’t drop them, she only held 1 hand out and 1 quarter fell to the pavement. She appeared frustrated that she had to count $5 of quarters. When I asked her for my nickel back from a quarter and 2 pennies (my total was $5.22) she looked at me like I had lost my mind and said you dropped your quarter on the ground; you don’t get any change back and I’ve already closed my drawer. AND MCDONALD’S WONDER WHY THEIR BUSINESS HAS DROPPED OFF SO BAD??????? Pay more money for an employee that has some courtesy and politeness………or people will continue to go elsewhere
Ordered food, waited an hour, had to go in and all I got was ‘baby, I got here at 7’. The food is hard like they have been under the warmer for an hour. Which it has. I give grace, I know how retail is, but this is ridiculous.

Little nappy dreads last night, in the 2nd window was mad because I told her I ordered 2 snack wrap meals. Meaning in total I get 4 snack wraps, she tried to tell me I was only suppose to receive 2, when the receipt clearly states that it was suppose to be 2 of each. McDonald’s needs to do better at night with their food & attitudes.
