The food was very good and the burgers are big. You get a lot for what you pay. The servers were very nice and everything was very clean. Definitely recommend and we will be going back.

The Lady Bartender @ Mugshot I think she is very unprofessional and rude .. upon going to Bar to place an order and get a drink while I waited on a my order... So @ the Bar the Bartender said I'll be with you in a minute..... 10 minutes went by no bartender the place was not crowded after a while a waitress came by and said I'll take you order. I gave my order to her and order me a Beer while I wait. The Bartender came back behind the bar a couple of times waited on other customers but never came to me walked right by me.. so the gentleman sitting nearest to me said she walked right pass you and didn't say nothing.. so I call her and said Mame I haven't received my beer yet...I placed an order and haven't received it yet.... She told me in a strong voice I'm the bartender no one else can take your order.. so she rudely grab the mug and fill the beer and place it on the talk and said we're short staffed and I got to be patient and walked off ... I told her wait a minute you don't talk to me like that and told her to take the beer back cause I didn't want it. Several people said this the only bar where the bartender stay gone more then she stay behind the counter...I talk to the manager and nothing was done about it.... Everybody come there to spend the money and have a good time not to be treated that me.... Bad Business

Food was good but less meat on sandwich than usual. Screaming kids at a table nearby. Two tables of workers and friends chilling in the bar area. Not too impressed. Bartender was friendly and quick.

It's a nice restaurant the atmosphere is phenomenal and it's definitely five star now the food and the service was so so mainly because I'm not a fan of a sweet hamburger bun that completely killed it for me I will definitely recommend it to kill a Saturday especially during college football season I hope this helps definitely spent more money than I wanted to so having said that I'm not going to recommend any food I personally did not like it so I can't recommend anything

Service was very attentive, but food was just mediocre. Pasta was terribly overcooked. All pasta dishes were variations on the same theme. Wasn’t in the mood for a burger, but it seems that’s the thing to have here.

We didn’t know “Mugshots” was a franchise/chain restaurant. We expected more.

Overpriced food. Had to send undercooked chicken back. Not so great taste/ average at most for Columbus ms area. Nice waitress.

I've been to Mugshots down in Biloxi. I loved their fried mushrooms. I ordered them here, and they were good, but just not the same. My Ragin Cajun pasta had no Cajun seasoning but rather marinara sauce on top of the Alfredo. Weird. Not good. My server, however, was great! If you come here, try something else on the menu and ask for Sarah.

Absolutely impressed! Burgers are melt in your mouth delicious and the fried mushrooms are adictive. Best food my husband and I have had in a while! Our waitress Kaydin was on top of it!! Sweet as can be and made sure we were well taken care of.
