I had ordered own style pizza and added some chicken toppings, these people added beef also where i am hate beef so much and my valuable money gone. Be sure what the hell they are adding. I regret ordering from them. Never going to order from them again.

I drive 30 minutes to get pizza from this location. It is always fresh and made exactly as I order. Papa John's also offers a great rewards program and it's very each to earn papa buck's that you can use to pay for future pizza.Vegetarian options: They do offer vegetarian menu options and you can always just order whichever veggies you would like on one of the crust optionsKid-friendliness: The pizza? Absolutely, it's my daughter's favorite.The location? Not so much. This was is not a eat in restaurant.Parking: Parking is tight if you want to park right in front of the store. They are in a little shopping mall type area.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair could be used to go up to the pick up window if need be, but this is strictly a pick up or delivery location.Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free option for crust, and you can choose your own sauce and toppings to fit your requirements.

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional “manager” the delivery driver couldn’t get into the gate so while still on the phone I sent my husband down and the driver was GONE. Didn’t call me nothing. I had to call him and he said he left to do other deliveries and then will be back after. I told them I didn’t pay for cold pizza. The manager was rude and was no help. He said he will cancel my order then HUNG UP IN MY FACE. Will not be ordering here again.

This location is me and my wife’s go-to after a long week and we want to do a stay at home date night. Our order is pretty consistent and I’d say about 95% of the time we get exactly what we ordered. I chop is the other times there have been errors when they have had new staff or have been very busy. Overall we’ll continue to choose Papa John’s over the other pizza places in Columbus. Friendly folks and consistent with their service

We ordered on the way back home from a day trip. The middle of our pizza had raw dough. Toppings were clumped together, handfuls of olives all together, etc. A very disappointing Papa John's experience, and not what I expect of one.
