My manger had ordered pizza for everyone for delivery we have waited for almost 3 hours and we’re still waiting for our food my manger had called up there to Pizza Hut he got hung up on then he called back and spoke with the manager he claimed he never got the order.

I waited almost 2 hrs. for my food to be delivered. I called twice to check on my order. The 1st time I called a guy told me it would be delivered in 5 mins. but it wasn't. The 2nd time I called I was told that my order couldn't be delivered bc I owed .71 cents. It was crazy bc the purchase went through and was charged to my debit card. After waiting 2 hrs. for them to tell me that, I canceled the order. I had to go to the store to get my receipt showing my refund. When I got to the store the next day, I was told it was a glitch in their system overcharging everyone who placed their orders online for delivery. I won't be dealing with this location anymore.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Waited two hours for food in line that turned out to have been ready for a while. The attendant just didn’t look when we asked. Got pizza home cold and found that the traditional wings I ordered were actually boneless buffalo. Save yourself the headache and go to 45 location. Will never order from here again.

The customer service here is horrible. I would not recommend you spend a dime here. I have ordered from the Pizza Hut on idlewild rd twice in the past two months hoping for a better turn out and they seem to disappoint everytime. Either they don’t have the order you place online or they are extremely rude. Please don’t reach out to me in reference to this review…but ppl please take your money to dominos or papa johns…
My order was wrong. I ordered toppings that I was not given. I was asked to check my pizza for correctness before I left. I did, and pointed out that I was missing toppings I ordered. The lady rudely said that they were out of them. I asked “ok, so it is not correct, is anything going to be done?” She rudely said “I told you, we don’t have any…” “do you want to return your pizza?” I just left rather than getting in an argument with a miserable person… This is why I stopped going to the local Pizza Hut. I tried it again, and was treated like this. I doubt I will return.

They called to make sure they were making my pizza per my special instructions. I liked that. Great customer service. Delivered promptly and my food was hot and delicious. The staff was great start to finish

I ordered online to pickup in Columbus, MS. They could not find it when my son went to pick up. They didn’t offer to redo the order, they did not suggest anything, so he went back outside to wait. I called and pressed option 3, it said my order was ready so I called the store 7 times to talk to a person. It kept sending me to a voicemail that was full. 51 minutes after my order was ready they found it in the DoorDash section and give that to my son.
