Not only were the five pizzas I ordered hot, delicious, and ready within 15 minutes, the store was clean, and the staff was friendly. The customer before me knew the employee and was experiencing a personal issue. When the customer left, the employee said he would be praying for him. Whether they knew each other or not, that was an excellent show of the employee's values and made me smile. The employee then greeted me cheerfully with a smile on his face as if he were happy to see me. This was my first time picking up an order from this store; therefore, he had no idea who I was. His outward expression shows insight into his character and is a display of modeling appropriate behaviors for staff and customers. I will definitely return to this store for all future purchases.

I ordered a pizza from these idiots tonight. The help kept calling me "Randle" and I just chalked that up to her being stupid. Little did I know how right I was on the stupid part.I got "my pizza" and went home with it, opened it up, it wasn't my pizza. Now I know why she kept calling me Randle.All she had to do was hand the right pizza to the right person, but it proved far too complicated for her to deal with so I ended up with some garbage I didn't order.This kinda of sloppy customer service is becoming all too common in Columbus, MS and its for the same reason each time. Help that can't focus or complete even the simplest of tasks without screwing it up.I would have given them 0 stars if that option had been offered to me. And I won't be back.

My experience last night was very awful ? I didn't have all my boneless bbq wings my bread sticks were chewy and my pizza was half way decent stop hiring these none experience worker's and get the granny's back in the kitchen
