The food was excellent, real Southern cooking! The kids loved their food as well, and they have a new claw machine that they loved playing!

I only had a few minutes to eat lunch today so I stopped in because I knew it would be ready to eat and not have to wait. The rib tips were great but the turnip greens and jalapeño cornbread were awesome. I will definitely be back to eat lunch with them again.

1/20/24. First time back to this restaurant and was not very happy. Won’t return. Waitress was not very good at all. Good was expensive for what you get. $8 omelette might have been worth $4. Wife’s pancakes not very good. She only ate a small portion. Two side items ordered never received. Everything is an add on charge. Had to go beg for refills. Where charged different prices then what the menu showed. Ordered hashbrowns and received hashbrown casserole although they are shown as two separate things on menu with different pricing Place was not very busy this morning.

I had hash browns, sausage and biscuits, and eggs. The breakfast was good not out of this world awesome, but good. Service was excellent and friendly. This is set up like a diner. It is a locally owned restaurant and I would eat here any day over the Waffle House or a fast food place for breakfast. I have only ate breakfast here in the recent years.
