I don’t like to complain and I don’t mean to be inconsiderate. But, if you advertise your opening hours being 4:30am M-F and I arrive ~5:30am and am told they won’t be open until about 20 minutes from then.. which would be 5:50 almost 6am. I think that is highly inconsiderate and should be addressed by mgmt or whoever has the authority to provide better service to customers.

I’ve ordered a mobile order almost daily for atleast the last year and recently I’ve chosen to just pick up at one of the Starkville locations considering I could make it there with time to spare by the time I get my order at this location. Plus it’s not reliable anymore not only for time but for this location to have it enabled. I’ve had several patients in the Starkville area work for Starbucks tell me that columbus Starbucks has tried to get them to commute to work some shifts for help because of how busy they stay. I wish columbus would get another Starbucks to help with all the congestion. I can think of three off the top of my head Starkville has. You can only hire so many employeees for one store. Regardless the workers gotta be dying in there.

I'm fairly new to trying the different food and drinks at Starbucks and at first the services was great until I asked to try for some Sriracha sauce. The young lady threw the sauce pack on the counter and seen I had my hand out! Now we all know the times we live in and I don't want to see it as racism but she didn't acknowledge that she threw it nor did she apologize I'm saying excuse me ma'am and ma'am and she kept doing what she was doing as if I didn't exist! I spoke with the manager and she stated she will speak with her and have a coaching because that's not the kind of behavior STARBUCKS tend to give. She still didn't apologize and for that I will never come back and spend my money there! Very rude and very racist!!

We got two drinks and a breakfast sandwich. The drinks came out prefect but the sandwich took 45 minutes. We asked several times when it would be ready and got told the mobile orders are the reason it’s taking so long. Even though we watched people come in and order and get their food faster. About 40 minutes in the lady came asked our names and our food was out 5 minutes after that. We could see our tickets on the holder and the lady was skipping over them and just doing the bottom row. Very disappointed. It’s Starbucks not a sit down restaurant. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to heat up a sandwich.

I’m so addicted. I was thinking rehab for Starbucks in my near future. I love everything about our store hear in Columbus!!
They were quick and the frappe they made me was awesome! I asked if they could make the brown sugar oat milk latte into a frappe and they did and it was sooo good! ❤️❤️❤️
Dietary restrictions: I don’t like dairy and the oat milk was perfect, they also have almond milk as choice as well .
Kid-friendliness: Clean atmosphere with no caffeinated options for the kiddos .

For an entire week I have came by the location on 45 in Columbus Ms. I’ve waited in line seem like forever. They are extremely slow. Customer service is not all that great either. Definitely could be better but I won’t be stopping again. I’ve waisted to much time of life already. Sonic is right next door.

Customer Service not very good, as soon as the boss left the music went up so loud you could not think. I tried doing a little work on my computer but could not because the music was just too loud. When asked to turn it down, they did not. Would not recommend using this place for coffee or anything else.
