Young girl was working probably in high school. The manager or owner not sure. He was about 60 years old, glasses, mustache, and balding was critiquing her every move and yelling at her. Proceeded to yell at her “too much sauce” after I asked for extra and took the sandwich from her. He made the entire thing unpleasant and I will not be back to this location. Hopefully she finds a new job.

This subway location is probably the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The lady making the sandwich acted like she had no idea she was even at subway. She didn’t even know what a chicken bacon ranch was. I had to tell her what goes on it and when I even asked for extra lettuce she rolled her eyes. When she went to wrap my sandwich she took her gloves off and touched my sandwich with her bare hands and smooshed it up in the paper. I’m disgusted and just threw my sandwich away. 0/5 stars.

I was very disappointed with my visit to this Subway location. The bread was hard, dry, and crumbly clearly not fresh. While I was there, the workers were discussing a customer who had just called to complain that his wife’s bread was old, and I ended up receiving the same old bread myself. This shows a lack of quality control and concern for customer satisfaction. Unless this location improves its standards and ensures fresh food for every order, I won’t be returning.

Order two footlong online. I ask for extra olives and mayo. Received six olives sandwich was not toasted. Was greeted when I walk in and manager act ad if she didn't want to wait on me. By the way got charged $.65 for some more olives. This white lady getting her order fixed asked for extra olives got about 20 or more at no extra charged. Horrible services.

I don’t know if this subway has new management or not, but I was not satisfied with my experience. I have been dealing with this particular Subway for years now because it is closest to my home. I called on today to place a call in order. I was told to come up there to place the order instead. I asked the person why is that so? They gave me an excuse that didn’t make sense. I asked if I was speaking to the manager in which he replied “yes”. I asked if they had stopped doing call ins in which he replied “no”. I’m going to cut this review short by saying why give people a hard time who are trying to support the business. I have never heard of a Subway making someone come up there just to place an order. What if that person doesn’t have a car? What if they are sick and bedridden? Please do better as the people of Columbus have supported this business for all these years!

We got a coupon in the mail and decided to go get a foot long meal. Were told they did not accept coupons. I asked why did they come in my mail if they don’t accept them. Girl couldn’t answer. I wanted the sandwich toasted. They stuck it in the microwave and it came out barely warm. This restaurant used to be ok, but has gone downhill. Go somewhere else.

Could not get help from the staff, when they were told that the sweet and unsweet tea were completely out they suggested we can get anything out of the cold drink fridge. I explained I am an insulin dependent diabetic and I cannot drink anything out of there and we just paid for unsweet tea. Definitely a lackluster Customer service and while I get that it’s kind of crappy weather today. It was completely uncalled for and I guarantee it was not busy enough to not have unsweet or sweet tea made fresh. They also don’t have any sweetener whatsoever other than straight sugar. If you’re diabetic or have any kind of issues like that, I suggest never going here.

Probably the worst, and laziest, subway you could go to. Never in my life has it taken an act of God to get a sandwich toasted. Every time I get a mobile order it's wrong. Starting to think no one on this place could care less about their job. Not to mention the sandwich being so poorly wrapped that I almost lost the whole thing on the way home. If I wanted to eat somewhere messy I would have taken myself to Mcdonalds.

They open at 9am but the door was locked when I tried to go in. There was a big roach on the cookie stand & the employee tried her best to act like she didn’t see it. DO NOT apply here because they will waste your time, lie about adding you to the schedule, & ignore you when you text them leaving you to find another job.
