Pretty Little Wigs

This Subway opens at 9am. Almost every morning, the door is locked and the open sign is off. It’s 9:21 and the door is STILL locked. I confirmed that it’s 9 with the employee and the next day, IT’S STILL LOCKED! Get it together.

Came in about 20mins before closing and they were getting ready for closing and cleaning up. Didnt catch her name but she welcomed me in and gave me hands down the best customer service I have had in Columbus. She was an absolute sweetheart.

Visited this store on highway 45. The girl never greeted me . She just asked what do you want? When I approached the cash register with my coupon. She said,” We don’t take coupons and I don’t know why!” I paid 13 dollars and change for a footlong Turkey sandwich. I will not patronize this establishment again.

Everything was great but I'm getting really tired of getting coupons in the mail and every subway I go to refusing to accept them. Why send out coupons if you're not going to honor them?

Placed an online order and paid for it. Was told it would be ready at a certain time. A half hour after that we were told that they were not taking online orders and someone would be in contact with us in a few days to refund our money. They had one person working. I am done with this chain.

Placed an order online for 2 Footlong subs, picked up my order and when I got home no cheese on subs, tried calling for 10 minutes and no answer so I drove back into town to talk to them either put cheese on my subs or remake them then one of the employees took apart my sub and no cheese, which on my sub they advertise 2X the Cheese on the Subway Club Sandwiches. They called the owner and he said to remake my sandwiches, thought was just a bad experience. Made another order while I'm at restaurant and watched them make sandwich noticed they put 4 slices of cheese instead of 8 slices, they got mad and started yelling at me telling me only 4 slices go on a Footlong, I didn't feel showing their displays with 2X the Cheese would convince them so I told them just Cancel my order, they wouldn't cancel my order so I sat down and called the bank to dispute the charge as I'm not accepting the order and told them why, then they told me they called the owner and he will cancel my order. So I went to another Subway tonight and the woman was there from the US 45 store and she recognized me as I sat down to place my order, then started telling me they didn't have spinach, wheat bread, Provolone cheese and I told her ok to substitute the ingredients for something else, when I didn't have a problem with substituting ingredients she after a few minutes she asked if I had placed my order and I said I was substituting ingredients to what was in stock, she then told me to leave the Subway business at Brickerton location or they would call the police, I was stunned as I had just quietly sat down and was going to order online as I wanted the online discount. Her name I think is Marion, I was very embarrassed as another customer was in the store waiting and know I didn't deserve to be treated this way. I sent corporate Subway an online complaint about my experience tonight along with the owner. I'm still in disbelief about how I was treated, I have been a customer of Subway since January 1995 as I use to drive a truck across the United States.

The girl taking the orders was very rude walked off after making 2 sandwiches then we told her we needed another one and she told us we had to go to the back of the line. She was very rude.

Lettuces old and brown. The guy ringing me up. Put my change on the counter. Instead of in my head. Like I gave it to him in his hand. I told him put it in my hand or take this sandwich back. And give my money back.

I jus received the most horrible service . I don’t know if the girl is new or what but she threw 2 pieces of meet on my sandwich, charged me cause I asked for more, burnt my bacon and threw the topping on there like nothing. She fixed it so slow 2 ppl passed me in line. Her friend walked in as. She was excited to fix his food . I bet she made it exactly how he wanted it. The worst service ever. Her manager watched her and allowed it . But I ain’t going back so whatever

They are often closed before their posted store hours. The posted google store hours are wrong also even tho it says they are confirmed hours.
