This place Used to be good, it seem lately this place isn’t worth going to, the equipment like the microwave doesn’t work at all , the prices are increased every time I go, the cold cut meat was molded the last time I went…. I notified management but nothing was done so obviously this place needs new management or needs to be shut down!!!! Will not be visiting this subway again !!!

Workers and the Owner have very nasty attitudes. The customer service is terrible. I will never come to this subway again. To the owner teach your workers how to serve and talk to customers with respect but however you don’t have any respect for your customers either.

The reason I'm giving Subway in Columbus MS a low review is because it doesn't accept coupons from its own Fanchise. I ordered 3 footloose online. I had a coupon for $17.99 ( Three footlongs). I ended up paying $35...see the difference?

Sure enough good sandwiches, very nice and helpful employees, everything we wanted was stocked,
They get everything correct when you go in person but if you order online expect things missing. Ordered a sub with salt on it , and my first bite I was greeted with the saltiest thing I've ever put in my mouth, they caked the sub with salt. Completely inedible

The food there is good, have eaten from there more than once. If I could say one thing, it would be the store does not honor their hours. Went there at 8pm on a Monday evening and the doors were locked. They are clearly open until 9 as there were 2 employees in the store, but they did not open the doors. That is why I have given this location a 3, because again the food is good for what it is, but it does not give the employees the right to close the doors whenever they choose to do.
