We ordered the reuben panini and another sandwich that was supposed to be a hot sandwich. I specifically asked the guy if it was a hot sandwich, and he said yes. Both sandwiches were cold in the middle, and the cheese wasn't even melted. How hard is it to heat up a sandwich?? Our "server" brought our food and never returned. I had to go inside to get boxes so we could take our food home to heat it up. I visit Columbus about 3 times a year, and we visit Peppers quite often. The quality and service seem to have gone down. I hope this isn't a trend.

Nice enough hipster atmosphere but my brisket sandwich had a laughably small amount of meet, which was dry and lukewarm.
I had to chase each bite with water and I felt like it was more of an exercise than a culinary experience. I wouldn't tip much here because there really isn't any waiting going on. They seemed understaffed too. The kids liked it well enough but I felt like ate a small shoe.

Sunday around noon I stopped by for a quick bite and saw an employee I know now is named Kaitlyn berate another employee in the kitchen. Sad to see an establishment i frequently enjoy allowing such hostility and unprofessionalism.

I’ve never been more disappointed with my overall restaurant experience, Came in for lunch on tuesday. While eating we overheard a heavier set blonde girl who is apparently a member of the kitchen staff crack jokes about spitting in a customer’s food! directly after witnessing her be unnecessarily rude to another employee. Do better. Will not be eating here again.

Peppers is awesome!! I eat there almost every day on my lunch break and I am never disappointed. food is great. Service is great. 10/10 hands down. This is a southwest chicken wrap in the picture. It was delicious!
We placed a call in order but ate outside. Lisa was not our server but she still offered us great customer service! She greeted every guest she saw with a big smile. And of course the food was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I absolutely love their Veggie Pita! It is absolutely delicious and healthy! The pita bread is so soft and just like homemade. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is one of very few places that I will eat at because I know they have a clean kitchen, great management ensuring the food code is followed, great staff, and clean sanitary restrooms! And they even have an amazing rewards program.
Vegetarian options: I love to get their veggie pita with hummus and hummus salad. They have options for vegetarians and vegans on the menu. You can also just let the cashier know if you would like to customize an item!
Dietary restrictions: You can customize your order.
Parking: Great location for plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: This is a great place for families to enjoy and making memories with their children.
