My son had called me as I was coming into town for lunch-supper 3pm. He wanted a crunchwrap supreme. The drive thru was packed, so I ran inside. The staff were all helping with drive thru, but was attentive when I came in. Myranda J.,took my order and we chatted about the holiday and our children, for a moment, very nice. The service was very fast and good. Thank you. The dining room was empty but clean. Thanks TacoBell on 45.

Editing my review because I am so done. Count your days Taco Bell!! This particular Taco Bell leaves food out of your order INTENTIONALLY!! This is happening every single time we come thru the drive thru. I believe they are cutting costs by not including your food. I promise y'all this is beyond excessively so! I'm pissed because I was charged full price for a combo and only got the taco and drink. I better get a refund when I call corporate or I'm marching my butt down there to personally speak with management. Ive never had so many problems with a restaurant in my life. Screw this place!!!

I pulled up and waited 5 minutes for someone to come on the intercom at the drive thru and no one came. I passed by the window and everyone was at the back no one was at the register: This was on 8/17/25 at 11:15 p.m.. Do better.

We purchased 4 beef chalupas, one cheezy gordita crunch, a #4 combo, and a nachos bell grande. Every item had less than half the amount of beef that they normally do. When I took my first bite, my initial thought was that they had completely skipped putting the meat in the chalupa. But, they had actually just stretched a VERY small amount of beef across the bott of the shell. I was very disappointed with this experience.

Cheesy potatoes was old and hard. No sauce for tacos no straw for my drink. Cashier barely opened her mouth. Horrible service today. Usually I have fresh food but service and food is declining. Tried calling to the store and of course no answer

We arrived and placed our order through the kiosk. We waited 30 minutes before our food prep began. 2 people came in, separately, after us and were served before us. And employee gave us a coupon for a free taco on our next visit.
