I pulled up and waited 5 minutes for someone to come on the intercom at the drive thru and no one came. I passed by the window and everyone was at the back no one was at the register: This was on 8/17/25 at 11:15 p.m.. Do better.

We purchased 4 beef chalupas, one cheezy gordita crunch, a #4 combo, and a nachos bell grande. Every item had less than half the amount of beef that they normally do. When I took my first bite, my initial thought was that they had completely skipped putting the meat in the chalupa. But, they had actually just stretched a VERY small amount of beef across the bott of the shell. I was very disappointed with this experience.

Cheesy potatoes was old and hard. No sauce for tacos no straw for my drink. Cashier barely opened her mouth. Horrible service today. Usually I have fresh food but service and food is declining. Tried calling to the store and of course no answer

We arrived and placed our order through the kiosk. We waited 30 minutes before our food prep began. 2 people came in, separately, after us and were served before us. And employee gave us a coupon for a free taco on our next visit.

Pretty good Taco Bell. Food is usually hot. Every once in a while, I will be missing something, usually condiments such as sauce or nacho cheese. Staff is usually friendly!

Th prices are absurd ($3 for a tiny burrito? Please. Don't insult me.)
The drinks will often be flat or have terrible flavor, like my diet mountain dew was today.
Sometimes the modifications won't be respected; my boyfriend ordered a taco without lettuce and got a taco that was Mostly lettuce with maybe 2 teaspoons of ground beef. Also, we hardly ever are given
napkins in our to-go orders, which ends up being a real inconvenience. :/

Y'all need to lower your prices, maintinence the soda machine and change syrup bags more often, pay your employees higher wages, and enforce double checking of orders- both when making them and at the window. Also, the app is a nightmare that won't let us check out half the time. Lots of areas for improvement. The staff is pretty nice, at least. Food is usually decent, but the prices are rising without the portion sizes or quality improving, and that's really uncool.
