To start, the food here is amazing, especially the breakfast. The omelet wrap is my favorite breakfast of all time. The coffee is great. But even if that were not true, I'd still come because the staff is fantastic. Chloe is hands down the most outgoing, friendly, helpful person I've ever met at a restaurant. She remembers my name even if I haven't seen her in a while. She treats me and my family like family. Honestly, this place is my favorite spot in Columbus!

Great coffee

I always enjoy stopping to get an iced coffee and cinnamon rolls or the breakfast wrap. Friendly service as soon as you walk thru the door.

Great iced coffee, great tasting muffins and danish plus really good breakfast bacon egg and cheese croissant.
The service was also very attentive and helpful. The lady that took my to go order was very friendly.

The food was delicious! We got our food and coffee quickly. The staff was super friendly and helpful explaining menu items. I'll definitely be back. This place is better than starbucks!!

I’m really sad to say I have to give this place one star overall the food was good. The service was good atmosphere good everything was good. I really enjoyed myself but the only thing is I’m under the understanding that they do not give the tips to their servers, their servers deserve better than this. Please let me know if this is not true because this really bothers me.

Came here on Easter morning for the first time and was so impressed with the kindness of the the entire staff, especially Chloe who was working the register. The food and drinks were great, but even if they weren’t, we would still come back for the lovely staff alone!

We are out of towners and happened upon Up Down Eatery. What a wonderful place!! The food was excellent and the service was even better. We definitely plan to go back before we leave.

Literally everytime my team eats here, the consistency is always the same!!! The service is friendly and welcoming, the food is always delicious and fresh (with a very short wait time), and the place is always so clean and welcoming! Thank you all for always filling our bellies up and giving us wonderful service!

Excellent for a quick, cozy, and affordable meal. I'm convinced Chloe, at the helm of the register, has never met a stranger. Everyone is outgoing and kind. The resturant is always very clean!

I really enjoy coming here and the service is always excellent. That being said if you tip on your credit card the people giving that excellent service don't actually receive the tip?! The owners keep it?! That's disgusting to me!!! Please bring cash with you for the actual people working hard for that money!!!!
