While waiting, I observed a Worker who cleaned tables and proceeded to prepare food without washing hands & another worker I saw scrapped the wastes from a seat with utensils. I should have left then but I chose to eat with plastic utensils.
The wait time was extremely long, about 20-30 mins and there were tables available but all the workers chose not to clean them. One employee asked had we been served and once we stated no, it was halfway cleaned and we were seated.
The food was decent and arrived in a timely manner. Ordered all star plate and breakfast waffle with side.. the waiter was also attentive. However, I am very hesitant to return from the looks of the upkeep of this setting. Too many people working for it to be so filthy, really just lallygagging

The service here is absolutely terrible. People standing everywhere and the staff would not clean the tables off for people to be seated. I absolutely would not recommend visiting this location.

The waitresses were very kind to my girlfriend and myself. We had absolutely no issues with the service or the food. As usual, the food was great, the atmosphere was spot on with Waffle House's niche, and it was just a wonderful time.

At Columbus ms only did I have hair in my food but the waitress burnt the first waffle an then had to wait for the second one an then she took forever for her to get to us...I'll go to West point they are forever the best ppl there Columbus suck

I usually get a melt with a bowl of cheese grits. I like their coffee but I do wish they had creamer choices at least French vanilla. besides that clean good food waffle House
Vegetarian options: You have lots of choices eggs, hash browns, waffles, bread
Disgusting not only was there hair on my food but it was all throughout it. Once I told them about it I was very polite and they were saying it was nobody’s hair that worked there but if that was so then whose hair was it ? And my son went to grab the pancakes after they gave us new ones and he repeatedly told my 11 year old to check it after we said it was fine. Really rude Service and took so long and they forgot some of my food. Definitely will not be going back there
