We stopped by to get a quick bite... that is funny. We sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. There were 3 cars ahead, none seemed to have large orders handed out. Then a week later, a friend stopped there to use the restroom, so she got the kids 2 frostys. That took 10 minutes due to the worker just standing there and finally, when it started beeping that the order was taking too long, decided to make the 2 basic frostys. If you're starving, this isn't the place to stop.

Every time I go there they seem to forget what I ordered and constantly missing stuff. Tonight they forgot a burger and fries and this is like the 3rd time it’s happened

Building is clean and the food is quick to come out. Would ask for fresh if you know you know. No other complaints except only the one sauce for a large fry, chicken nuggets, and a chicken sandwich is wild. .35 cents per extra sauce.

I ordered a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag, let me just say, the bacon was crisp and I didn’t even have to ask. At other locations past that I have been to they bacon is NEVER crispy it’s always flimsy. Our food was all hot and fresh. My only complaint is our fries were literally dripping with grease. That alone will not keep us from coming to Wendy’s on our future trips to Columbus.

Very good service. The guy at the window was so nice I went through drive through around 930pm
Server shut the window on the driver when they were asking if the bag was the whole order. It was not and we had to go back through the line. Again they shut the window on the driver when they asked if they could get a straw.

Parking: Lots of free parking
Kid-friendliness: There is no play place and it is quite busy.

They worked efficiently to prepare our meals and even took the time to check in with us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. It was clear they were well-prepared for our large group, which made a big difference.
