Thought it would be nice to pick up something on my way home for supper. Ordered a chicken BLT and a Chicken Sandwich biggie bag. Both chicken patties were burnt dark brown and crunchy, the fries and the nuggets were sitting under the heat for a good while. The only item that was as presented was the vanilla Frostie. Drive thru lady was very nice, but the food should not have been sent out in such state. -Nay

We sat in line for 15 minutes not moving at a ripe time of 9:00. We called the store to ask why the line isn't moving when no customers were inside, and they hung up on us. The drive through line is barricaded in by trees, so there is no way to get out. This was absolutely ridiculous considering the only business they have was in the drive through. We finally had to hop the curb to get out of line. Worst service EVAAAAA

Friendly fast service, both drive through and resturant oh and honest I witnessed a customer left change and card cashier made it her duty to chase the customer to give it back. Place is clean

I wish I could give 0 stars bc I had to reorder food from somewhere else! This was not the dashers fault but our fries and burgers were at room temperature and had been for a minute! I've lived 58 years and never once in my life complained about food in any restaurant until tonight! And it was so disappointing I couldn't just shut up and move on.
You got my money but I will forever make sure I do my part in Making sure Noone orders Wendy's in Columbus Ms EVER!!

Drive through took what felt like 20 minutes with only 3 cars in the line. Food was good and warm but not hot and the fries were half way cold and no salt
