Service is terrible! If you use the drive thru you will be asked to pull forward. Then in the 10-20 min wait they will come out multiple times to see what you ordered. This use to be one of the better places for fast and good food. Not no more!!

Asked for extra seasoning on my fries and basically got none. Only 1 fry had seasoning on it. This isn't something that really matters unless they get it wrong every time! Im tired of not getting what i asked for. Also when can we get lemon pepper nibblers? You dont offer it on the app and the staff refuse to add it or sell it on the side.
Sometimes the staff is friendly, but sometimes they aren't.

This Zaxbys is the worst I’ve ever been too. I love Zaxbys and go to them all the time. But this location in Columbus, is by far the worst. I try to order through the App to cut down on wait time but seem to always wait longer than the person behind me that placed an order through the speaker. ALWAYS missing something, usually the condiments. Fries are usually soggy, sweet tea not as good as other locations. And the staff has terrible attitudes. Whenever I go inside to get an issue fixed, the employees look at me with what seems like hate and that I’m their biggest inconvenience. Always have to wait forever. I do not think I have received my food and my missing items within 20 minutes. Management needs to sit down and get their team to work better together! This could be a great zaxbys.

I’m so sick of people. I hate HOT cold slaw. I hate when business owners try to cut back. Having COLD slaw in the same container with HOT fries and chicken . Eliminating the container for COLD slaw is sneaky work but not giving the consumer anything in return is even worse. You increase the price but customers have to ask for plastic Cuttery and napkins when it should be second nature to add the Basic necessity for the product that was just purchased these companies are making it easy for me and my mom to just say no to fast food!!!

This location does a terrible job making food. Tried the chicken “tacos” tonight. They came out drowning in sauce and only had a little bit of lettuce and small amount of cheese. They were awful. I’ve come here twice now and twice the food has been pretty sad. I probably won’t return to this location and don’t recommend eating here.

I got the Cobb salad with ranch and blue cheese, I opened the ranch container and took a whiff, and it smelled funky. Then I checked the blue cheese bag, and that's where the smell was coming from. It literally smelled like someone took a dump on it. I mean, it was like, "Whoa, what the heck is that?" I took a closer look and saw some brownish stuff in the corner. Gross!
I read more reviews. Most of the bad reviews are because of the bad service. I don't know if one of the workers took the blue cheese and pooped on it!

I was visiting this location from out of town. I stopped by on July 19 and my first experience wasn’t that great. I saw several female workers playing with their hair then handling food. The customer service was very blah.
I got back to visit today, July 20 and my experience was worse. I asked for extra sauce because I was only given two for 2 meals with 3 fingers each. I was told it was .25 each. I was baffled so I asked for a sauce for my 3 tacos. The crew member (Demetria) told me it was still .25. I asked why would it be? She walked away as I was talking to her. The manager came back and I was telling him how the crew member walked away. The crew member yelled around the corner “I sure did”. It escalated quickly because you don’t talk to a customer that way. The manager gave me another sauce. I wanted to be sure to write this review as this was a horrible visit. These teens lack respect. Do better Zaxby’s!
Regarding the food, the fries were extremely salty and soggy.

If you're white do not expect to get your order taken never even acknowledged or greeted. Stood there for 10 minutes at the register behind nobody else. And the Zaxby's listens website doesn't work either. Complained before and got a call from district manager and still no change. So it doesn't matter now, cause I will never step through any Zaxby's door anywhere again and letting everyone I know about the service I didn't receive
