We were in Selmer, Tn Cracker Barrel. We waited 20 minutes for our food. Our food was cold when we got it and broccoli was crunchy. The fish was over cooked, it was a horrible visit and we never complain. This is the first time I have ever done this but I would think twice before going here.

I came to pick up an order for door dash for a customer who usually tips very well. So my order was supposed to be picked up by 420pm and at 440pm I'm still waiting on customers food! I had asked 4 different employees to check on my order for me and was told by each employee that it was being prepared. Just a few more minutes! Yes that was an untruth. There was actually another customer waiting on pickup since 3:15pm! He was not very happy. Neither was i, to say the I,....

The wait for seating was too long. They told us 20 minutes and it turned into 40. The service was just as slow. The waitress was willing to help us and very attentive but parts of our group didn’t get their food until part of us were already finished eating.
