Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We came here whole traveling bc we do not have one. We immediately noticed the place was very dirty, even the workers clothes were all dirty but they were nice. We ordered 78$ worth of food, we couldn’t even tell what the burgers were. They were covered in mayo and the meat looked gray. I took one bite and it was like soft rubber. We threw away everything but the chicken tenders. I’ve never seen my husband throw out any food in 15 years that he has paid for. It was bad bad.

I have come here twice around 8:30 on a Friday night and the workers say they are not serving any ice cream for various reasons. Terrible customer service.

been to the drive through twice now with no one to take our order. Sat and waited for over 10 minutes. No answer. Even drove up to window and got ignored. Needs new management or shut down asap.

The worst stood at counter for 15 minutes and no one ever took our order. Left and went to Zaxby's. Sad part is they didn't even care. Go anywhere but the Corinth,MS Dairy Queen

Whoever is in charge of dairy queen should be ashamed, they didn’t give our ice cream it took 20 minutes for some chicken strips the atmosphere of the place is horrendous it was not clean. DONT COME HERE EVER

The last 2 times we have come here they told us they didnt have ice cream and as I sit behind the car in the drive thru after them telling me they don't have ice cream they hand out the window to the car infront of us 4 blizzards the laziness of employees is wild

This is not the only time that my family has pulled up for a afternoon treat just to be told there is no ice cream. You are Dairy Queen. Ice cream is one thing that you are suppose to have. This has happened twice in one year. When asked why the lady on speaker got rude. Don't be rude for not being able to provide a service that you are known for. This is par for Corinth location though.

Stopped to get a blizzard one was pecan it was looses and half full the other was banana split it was real soft and the the other was the new strawberry cheesecake one it was watery I had to drink it no chocolate in lt like there was last week when we stopped and no cheesecake in it no wonder we stopped coming in for a year or so if you run a business fix the food the same way all the time

I ordered a honey bbq chicken strip meal and I opened the box my bread looked like it had either been eaten off of, or the workers tore it with their fingers. Either way, not very sanitary. I did not eat it. The wait was also 15 minutes just to get my food

It's just ice cream. Young kids work there and they dont pay attention so just make sure you have some patience when you go.
