Me and my wife came in for breakfast all i wanted was some chicken fingers but I didn't know that was a lunch only food the cashier had a crummy attitude and so I decided not to eat there after this they will not receive any business from me

Jacks had been a good restaurant for a while and we ate there often times but the past few times we have been there they haven’t been very good. We went for lunch and my chicken strips were pink in the middle. Another time our chicken was so dry it was difficult to eat from sitting in the warmer. And this time we were going to eat after a parade and my parents got hamburgers and we were about to pull out and we saw both the buns were burnt so they pulled in the parking lot and took it in. My mom came out and said they wouldn’t give them a new bun because that one wasn’t burnt, so my dad went in.The woman said that their buns have been “coming in like that” And after them consistently arguing, my parents went back outside and the workers were cussing them out as they left because they didn’t throw the food away they brought back in there.

Most states don't enforce health laws especially now after the pandemic , workers believe they need at least 25 dollars an hour, and online ordering and drive thru take priority over walk in ordering , as I'm somewhat told " hit the road jack & don't come back" !

Food was great. They were nice but very slow. It took me 15 to 20 minutes to get a steak biscuit. The restaurant was not very clean. I saw a bunch of flies and some trash in the floor and on tables.

After a Totally Screwed Uo Order and being Told that is what I Ordered In Burnsville just minutes later I placed the same order in Corinth and she repeated it back to me as ordered and filled it as Ordered! Thanks for getting it Right Corinth Crew!! Old Crankt Lady in Burnsville needs retraining or Hearing Aids!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sat in the drive through for 30+ minutes. Ordered 3 biscuits, paid and got told to pull up. Waited another 15+ minutes and nothing. After going inside and telling them we’d now been waiting for almost an hour they pointed to our food that was sitting on the edge of the counter that none of them could be bothered to walk out to us. Calling into corporate first thing on Monday!
