My family and I went to the Corinth, MS store. We ordered two number one combos. We were sent to park and wait for our food. We did so patiently. After 25 minutes I went into the store to ask about our food since the place was pretty much empty. We were met with dismissive and rude staff that chastised me for even inquiring about the time. It is without a doubt the worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. We’re not a complaining bunch, but when people are this rude and dismissive it needs to be said.

Why is this place even open? Did dine in, place was dirty, no napkins, no condiments, drink machine did not work, garbage can was overflowing with a sign taped on one side to not use. Burgers were cold, fries had been reheated, should have just walked out.

We went there because we love Krystal's but I wasn't good! We stood at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone even tried to take our order and then it was taken wrong. Other customers were getting their orders faster then us. One of the workers rolled her eyes at us because we didn't want chili. The food was cold and my fries were soggy. We tried it again and it was still terrible.
Good but just a little soggier than I remember them being.

I dont know what is wrong with the lady that runs the place in corinth. But i dont believe the buns should be soaked in chemicals it tasted how lip gloss/nail polish smells
wouldnt doubt the manager doesnt even use gloves. I work customer service at retail, and despite it grating me, stressing me out to high heaven. I still try my best to make the customers experience a good one. This is not a job to get quick cash, this is a job that is providing food for customers.
Get new staff, train them properly. And make sure its not some biased associates this time around.
