We went there because we love Krystal's but I wasn't good! We stood at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone even tried to take our order and then it was taken wrong. Other customers were getting their orders faster then us. One of the workers rolled her eyes at us because we didn't want chili. The food was cold and my fries were soggy. We tried it again and it was still terrible.

Sat in line for 30 min at least, asked for kids meals,sd didn't have any,didn't have any toys.then I asked to make 1 fry into chili chz, she sd they didn't have chili.we live 45 min away and was craving Krystal's, the service sucked!!
I dont know what is wrong with the lady that runs the place in corinth. But i dont believe the buns should be soaked in chemicals it tasted how lip gloss/nail polish smells
wouldnt doubt the manager doesnt even use gloves. I work customer service at retail, and despite it grating me, stressing me out to high heaven. I still try my best to make the customers experience a good one. This is not a job to get quick cash, this is a job that is providing food for customers.
Get new staff, train them properly. And make sure its not some biased associates this time around.

So I stupidly gave you another chance Krystal(owner). Was passing through Corinth last night and wanted a snack at 10:30. Saw the sign saying open 'til mid-night. I ordered something exotic: the #1 combo, no cheese. I'm informed they are short one hamburger and they they said they'd substitute a cheese. She gives me my drink and indicates to pull over next to two other waiting cars. After 10 minutes the orders come out. It's not a cheese, it's a chik! So with 1. 5 hours until close, I can't get 4 Krystles? The ones I get are poorly prepared. The chik is awful. The fries are cold. Please don't insult me telling all and sundry you're going to improve. You had a year...to become worse. Krystle is part of my childhood. If the craving hits in Corinth? Never, never again. Silly to run and ruin a historic business like this.

Google says lobby is open until 10:00. We just went by tonight. 9:30 locked up tight. We would have bought the 12 pack with fries and drinks for there and a 24 box to go, so there went that business.
30$ for 2 people. Won't go back.
