Passed through, stopped here for dinner and a big waste of my time. 25+ mins waiting before I got anyone to acknowledge me. 20 mins of waiting for a cheese, and a pepperoni. Which would’ve been fine if it was only the wait. But having employees on their cell phones texting whoever instead of helping paying customers is ridiculous.

Ordered cheese puffs for kids , waited 10 minutes on them , got home and they were horrible I have pictures but can't find a place to upload them . The puffs were about the size of a 50 cent piece you could have put 8 of them in the box . VERY DISAPPOINTED, NEEDS SOME MANAGEMENT TRAI ING ! THESE THINGS SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN BOXED AND SOLD ‼️

Place an order for some food and they said 20 minutes that’s fine cause I had a little drive to get there when I got there I told them my name for the order they said pull around and no one was in line. And then continued to sit at the window for 20+ minutes waiting and no one ever came to the window Had a worker come to the front and looked at me and then walked to the back and didn’t as acknowledge I was there. And I had an order of cheese bread that comes with marinara sauce and when we asked about it they said they never done that and would have to charged me extra when every other time I’ve been I’ve gotten the sauce with the cheese bread with no extra cost. Not very good service. Need better training

We don't ever get little Caesars pizza so we wanted to do something different. I ordered off the app for delivery. When the pizza showed up it was trashed. All on one side of the box and all the toppings stuck to the top. I called little Caesars and they told me to contact door dash. I told them I didn't order from door dash I ordered from them with no help and no care. I contacted door dash who told me they handed it to him upside down. He told me it was on Little Ceasars and not him. I got zero help from either company.

I got it in like less than 5 minutes, totally awesome. Tasted great too, like it was just waiting for me to walk in there and call it mine. I loved eating this pizza, along with crazy bread and marinara sauce. Definitely recommend.

Went and got a classic pepperoni pizza and a cheesy bread. They were out of cheese bread so I asked about the deep dish pizza girl told us to come to window. Assuming that it was because she couldn’t understand what we said. We payed and she told us the cheese bread would be 15 min. We pulled to the side and watched her get on her phone, eat, and completely forget about us. We waited over 35 min. I finally walked inside to get it and had to get it myself. Hot and ready more like not and ready. Millicent M. Do better in the future and when you mess up don’t be so stuck up. People got their lives going on for you to make it worse cause you hate your job.

Ordered slices and sticks with jalapeños, a classic sausage, and crazy bread with 2 buffalo ranch and an extra marinara. They told us it would be a 10 minute wait and we pulled into a parking spot. 10 minutes comes and goes so my boyfriend goes in to check and the guy who took our order saw him and realized they forgot us. When we did get our food they gave us a slices and cheese sticks, 6 cups of marinara, garlic butter, and cheddar jalapeño dip. My bf went in to let them know about the slices and sticks mix us and their way of fixing it was to give us a cup of jalapeños. I'd be upset if I wasn't so tired and hungry and honestly I'm just laughing. I get it. It's a saturday and probably pretty busy just pay a little more attentionto a person's order.
