I love their food but they have messed up my order multiple times now. They didn’t give my son his drink or his cookie and didn’t give me the cheese sauce on my potato that it came with and also I have ordered a chicken salad from there and they only gave me like 3 pieces of chicken.

I feel sick after I found two curly pieces of hair in my potato soup, picture included. The worst part is, I found them toward the end, so there is NO TELLING if I actually ate hair. I will never eat here again. If you want to eat hair, there is no better place.
Made a order through Doordash to McAlister's for $70 worth of food. The moment the order was confirmed, they canceled the order and now I have to wait 3-5 Business days to get my money back, and no food. Really poor service!

Food was prompt and delicious. Not too busy for 1pm. Got 1/2 reuben and 1/2 pecanberry salad. Half a sandwich initially felt small because it was so delicious, but overall I was quite satisfied after finishing the salad.
Dietary restrictions: Menu has markings for gluten-sensitive options. Would not take my Celiac family here, but I appreciate these indications for those that can tolerate some cross-contamination.
