Ordered on the app, picked it up when it was ready and when I got home I discovered I was given bone in wings instead of boneless and the pizza was so cold and had no sauce on it!! I can’t even get them to answer the phone to make it right.

I ordered a large Supreme pizza it came to me still raw and doughy. My toppings were all on oneside. It was delivered so they give me a coupon for a free pizza but I don't want to eat there anymore I had to continue to cook my own pizza after it arrived.

I ordered 2 cheese pizzas. Not cheese sticks. Cheese pizza. They forgot to put pizza sauce on my pizzas. How stupid do you have to be to not put pizza sauce on pizza?!???? Like what the actual heck.

I placed an order on the app around 11am. Pick up time to be 4pm. Arriving at 4, I could barely get inside the building. Once inside, I made my way to the counter where at least 6 people were working. They told me they couldn't find where I had ordered anything, and did I want to place an order. I said no, the other one is already paid for. There were stacks of pizza boxes, no orders were put together. After standing in that chaos for 25 minutes, they found my order. The food was good but I won't order from them again. It is just not worth the hassle.

Azylia Sheilds, she ignored me taking my order. Jonathan King told her I was order the food. I stood about 5 or 6 mins. I told Jonathan king to get the manager. The had to take my order. Their is no reason Ms Shields treating me this way as a customer.

Food is typically great but the service was absolutely terrible. Went through the drive thru and they ask us to pull around because they weren’t finished with our order pulled around and in the process they lost our order. Zero help in trying to make it right but I guess that’s the times we are in with the food industry.
I ordered the big box. 2 medium pizzas, 1 order of cheese bread, 1 order of bone in wings. There was no sauce for the cheese bread, the wings weren't wrapped up the way they were supposed to be, one of my pizzas were supreme and didn't hardly have any toppings on it, the other pizza was pepperoni lovers there was 4 slices of pizza with 1 peace of pepperoni and none on the rest of the pizza. It was tapped shut so I didn't know it until I got home with it. This is by far the worst pizza hut I have ever ordered pizza from in all of America and I'm a truck driver.

Attention Delivery Drivers: DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS HERE! They don't even put the food in the oven until they see you and it takes 20 minutes to make so you WILL be late and your rates will suffer! This is usually a problem with Pizza Huts but this one is by far the worst one I've delivered for in terms of timely preparation for app drivers. STAY AWAY

On two separate occasions, I have canceled my order due to the long wait time. I ordered on the app yesterday at 2pm to have it delivered by 6pm. At 6:45 I still didn't have my pizza. Will not be back!
