There were supposed to be three double cheeseburgers, they gave me three single burgers instead, which is cheating me. No phone number at the local store or the corporate office to call and complain. Do not recommend them unless you want to be cheated!!!

My wife and I both placed an order this morning. I specifically order a hamburger with no tomato. They put it on my burger anyway. We order from here at least twice a week. This has been very frequent the last month. I do not know how much simpler to say no tomatoes. Some people are allergic to them.

Perfer the one in boonville. Took forever to get to order, but was good when we got it!
Wow. How refreshing! Excellent service. Rider was very friendly and confirmed order when delivering. Service was very quick. Food excellent, especially the hot crispy onion rings. Only wish Huntsville Al stores were half as good. Great job guys.

Great place for drinks and burgers but I just bought a snack wrap and the chicken was not cooked thoroughly. I tried calling the number listed on line but it is not in service.

It was one of the most rude experience I ever had in my life how do you have a special commercials on the television but you don't know anything about it and I'm trying to show you on my phone to my app that this exist after 30 minutes after they brought out my friends food I still receive nothing push the button and the lady got smart and said there was three in front of me people were coming and leaving and they never even took my order officially because they didn't know if I wanted fries, tater tots, onion rings the girl got smart and just cut the mic off it would not acknowledge and we were not being mean we were just wondering what was going on if you short staffed you don't want to work with people then you don't need to be working in a place that you work with people all day everyday the young man came out disappeared say hit me back and we never got no answer so we ended up leaving because I refuse to be treated like a dog then again a dog probably would have been treated better all I can say is I don't know if they need help but it don't give you the right to treat a customer or customers like they did I will not going back there and trust me I am going to spread the word is really sad that they have no remorse how they treated us about what they were doing just getting smart left and right did not take my food order I'm not even mad I feel sorry for them because whatever is going on had nothing to do with me but I got treated like I did something wrong has anyone else had a bad experience is Sonic's Drive-In
