I got a gift card for Christmas so my husband & I decided we would go by & get a drink today January 19, 2025. We parked & was walking in the door & the girl at the counter was saying something, but I couldn’t tell what she was saying. I thought she was talking to the other customers inside, so I continued to the counter. When I got there I started to look at the menu & she waved her hand & said,”we aren’t taking inside orders.” She gave no reason & was very rude my husband & I felt. One lady told us if we had an app we could order that way, well we don’t have & that made no sense to us why they could take orders from an app & not in person. So we were kinda embarrassed & upset at the same time. I will go back or will go to another Starbucks because I have this gift card, but my husband says that’s his last time. I just feel it could have been handled differently.

So when we ordered the guy was nice and everything. When we got our drinks the girl that made mine got it wrong she was nice about it and all and remade it but she messed up another one right afterwards so it might just be bad day but idk.

I figured out they weren’t taking online orders. The drive through was full all the way around the building only utilizing one of the two lanes they have. I walked in to order was greeted and guy walked off then came back and said they were only serving drive through. I could understand it if this wasn’t the norm there.

Never take 3 & 4 years old children in where they have milk and other stuff in a open refrigerator I don't like that they can touch it or physical pick it up because I buy it when they touch it and I hope everyone else does no longer planning on going in the future in Corinth ms with kids anyway it's a nice place but don't worry kids only can pick up a extra 12 dollars a piece and K-pop are not in rech and they out everytime anyway
Came at 3:35 PM and was told they were out of medium roast coffee, blonde and dark roast. I was asked if i wanted to wait for coffee which my answer was of course yes. There was no one behind me in line I asked why I was told to pull around back through the drive thru and the response was “so it doesn’t mess with our times”. So, worst part when my coffee came it was cold!
Horrible experience. I’ll never come back.

Don’t ever think you’ll go here to get a quick coffee. You’ll wait 20+ minutes in drive thru and inside. Today I ordered on the app and waited 30 minutes, went inside to pick up and they hadn’t even started on it yet. Ended up waiting another 10 minutes on it and was late to work as the result. I’ve tried to give this place a chance time and time again but today was the last time I’ll ever spend another dollar at this location.

I love going here. Friendly people. They serve u quickly and the coffee is always good. Very clean atmosphere to work or read.
Parking: Great parking lot with three ways to get out.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love going there especially my granddaughter. She orders by herself and pays. They make her feel grown up. Because they talk directly to her making her feel special.

I ordered the chai latte and a tomato mozzarella sandwich. The chai latte was good, but too sweet! I even asked the barista about sugar content. She said they use a premade chai/tea syrup but don’t add any more sugar. Whoever said Starbucks is a candy store may have been on to something ?
The service was good, though. The lady kindly offered to warm my sandwich without me asking. My order was ready in a couple of minutes.
Downside: There were more than a couple of flies enjoying the baked goodies so I didn’t order any ?
