We ordered two drinks and food ($27). After waiting 11 minutes, we checked on our drinks…there were VERY few customers inside. Staff catered to drive thru over inside customers. After almost 16 minutes we got our drinks…AFTER consuming our food. They need to figure things out here. No one should have to wait that long inside.

BEWARE! Not sure how to help this Starbucks but def expect a 20 min wait or more in the morning for a drink. I mobile ordered and had to wait 35 mins. I would have left if i wasn't on my way to the middle of nowhere. ALSO don't park in front of main entrance unless you can do a six point turn.

I’d love to rate this a 0. This Starbucks has been here over a year now and you still have to wait so long for a single drink. Most of the time the drink isn’t made correctly. There is a second lane for drive thru but it’s never been opened so why have it? They are constantly out of products to make drinks. Very disappointed
If there was a 0 option rating tonight for service I would do that. They refused to serve us 10 minutes before closing time in the drive thru. There was also a woman in front of us that they refused from out of state. We were very upset they denied us service and told us to leave. What kind of business refuses customers!

Worst Starbucks in America. Inside is filthy..Service is slow. I was informed there would be a 45 min wait for coffee and they didn’t appear to be that busy. They either don’t have a manager or need a new one. This place hasn’t been cleaned since it was built. The icebox was half full and they were out of a lot of things. Drive to Tupelo…. You’ll get your coffee quicker.
