I'll start with me sitting at the speaker forever without them even acknowledging me. I finally asked if someone was there and they said to give them a minute. 3 cars were behind me and one finally left. Mind you, there were only two cars ahead of me. Finally, she asked what I wanted and I told her. I asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread. She told me they only had white and grain. I told her what I wanted on the sandwich which included jalapeños and olives. She said they were out of olives. I told her okay, then just jalapeños, mayo, chipotle, and pepperjack cheese. I get home and there are no jalapeños. Nothing but children work at this location and they do not care about anything but getting you out of their way. Even if they were busy, she could have acknowledged me at the speaker, before I forced her to. And they bake the bread in store. Why are you out? No olives? Why? Apparently no jalapeños either. Why??? Bring back Jimmy John's because at least they didn't act like it was hard to make a sandwich.

My partner and I order meal of the day good long. The employee rung us up put in Philly steak with cheese and charged us for drink and chips. When I noticed the receipt my partner went up to discuss the issue. No manager on duty to solve customer complaints. Photos provided is menu from store receipt showing how rung up. And the sandwich we got that shows how they ring up whatever they choose se without a manger to fix issues. On top I had to answer multiple times how I wanted said sandwich. Not happy with the location and how was served. Doubt I'll ever be back to that location again.

Ordered chicken and cheese dippers. They were unwrapped and just put in the sandwich bag, which is nasty. I ordered chocolate milk, they were out and replaced it with 1% white milk, disgusting, who drinks 1% anyway lol. The dippers were hard as a rock and just went right into the trash. To clarify, it was a doordash and the driver only took 5 minutes from subway to my house. The dippers shouldn't have been hard and cold in 5 minutes. Never had this issue with any other subway so must just be this location. Every other subway wraps the dippers in the white paper before placing them in the long brown bags.

Don't eat here . Make you sick . All the vegetables looks like year old . Black olives turn brown and still they using them . This is the subway survey you ,food positioning for free . Do not eat . Nothing is healthy.

Heavily skimped on the vegetables on a veggie delite, a consistent issue with this location. Even when I order extra or more of an ingredient, there’s hardly any veg on the sandwich. The latest order was also falling apart. No problem with the folks making the sandwiches, as they’ve always been nice, but management obviously needs some work.

The food was fresh and the taste is great the service was ok I have had better we normally eat at the one by Shiloh Market which is 99% better than the one we were at yesterday. My main issue is they do not have a veteran's discount and you are not able to see the meat soldiers active or not should get a LOT BETTER TREATMENT they fight every day for our freedom and lives and for them to not have a little something for the Vet's is beyond me what if the Soldiers didn't fight for us and our freedom everyday what then?!!!! So that is a load of mess! The meat not being able to see it makes me not want to eat there because I like to see what shape my food is in before I consume it that is messed up they covered the meat where their customers can not see their food. So honestly if someone get ill from their food and they get sued they should pay that fine because the customer has no responsibility over it since they can't inspect it. Just how I feel about it :)

Let me start off by saying the food is great! But the man behind the counter I believe someone called him jeff. I don't appreciate how he treats the workers! He was rude to the young lady that fixed my sandwich. I believe everyone should be treated with respect!
