First time here. Walking in, the smell was fantastic. My incredibly picky boyfriend had to test all 3 of sauces to ensure at least one was acceptable. Amazingly, he said they were all good. The employee who took our order, Quita (later found out she was the GM), was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions and offered additional info about the history of Tops. As we were handed our order, another employee, Zellack, assisted in getting us to-go sauce packets and ketchup. He was initially standing at the register ready to take our order when we walked in, but we told him we needed some time to view the menu. I had the pulled pork sandwich with beans and fries. Everything was delicious. My boyfriend has a full rack of ribs. It was truly a full rack of delicious ribs. We will be back.

Pulled up to the drive through. No one answered after a few minutes. Drove around to the pickup window. Someone finally came to the window and said I was too far away from the drive through. She refused to take my order. Said I would have to go back around. I went up the street to another restaurant

I paid 25.00 for a 1/2 of slab and I ask for macaroni and cheese and coleslaw and a large coke when I got home the ribs were half done it wasn't hot and I didn't get my macaroni and cheese I will never go there a waste of money and time I got sick after I ate 2 bones and they had stale hamburger buns thrown in there do not go to this restaurant they should be shut down

When the bbq is soooo good you have to call the store and tell them how great it is!!! I drove 4 hours and worked till 10pm and this place was open/fixing to close. So I went out on a limb and ordered DoorDash. And let me tell you. After the time of ordering DoorDash and waiting for delivery. These sandwich’s were amazing!!! Listen AMAZING!!!!! I ordered the original pork sandwich and the policeman!! Let me tell you. The south knows how to bbq!!!! I had to call the store and thank them for an amazing dinner after travel and working all night and my dude Braxton picked up the phone and was very professional and very thankful. He stated that him and another coworker “hand made the sandwiches them selfs”. 10/10 I’ve never given a bbq place a rating like that but I was completely blown away. Sorry I don’t have pictures I immediately ate all of it. But I will definitely be back on my own time!!!

The food and service here were great! Bathrooms were clean and tidy, just wish they had paper towels in them. The dining room was clean and overall great place to eat.
Ordered 3 bone rib pint of beans ribs were dried out and beans were to spicy hot first time I ever had bad beans from any tops location

I ordered the bbq salad. I didn't like the sauce they put on the meat. That sauce and the ranch dressing did not mix well together. I didn't like the burnt ends of the bbq meat. It would have been better with plain meat.
