Service was good. Food was not. I got the bbq nachos. The bbq sauce on them was disgusting. It was so strong and bitter, it literally ruined the dish. Probably wouldn't eat here again.

Update: the very nice District Manager reached out to me today apologizing for the poor service and thanked me for letting him know. He is working to bring this location up to the standard of service that Tops BBQ is known for. We will be giving them another chance on our next trip through Corinth. Stopped in to pick up food for supper. We ordered a 6 pack pork family pack and had to pay an extra $6.49 for slaw. On our way out the door we realized they didn't include the buns so we went back for them. Upon arriving home which is about 45 minutes away, we realized they didn't include their world famous sauce which is why most people go there. I called and spoke with the manager and told them about our visit. She stated that she would have the other manager call me back. This was over an hour ago and still no call. This is NOT the quality of service I expect from Tops BBQ. Wonder if the corporate offices know about the poor service at this location?!

Came to Corinth to visit and was very disappointed in the food. This is not the same BBQ as the Tops franchise in Memphis. I grew up on this BBQ, and I'm sorry, but this is not the same.

My bbq sandwich when I pulled it out of the bag was smashed beyond recognition like it had been sat on. And the staff were not very talkative. Just blank stares through dreads and fake eyelashes.

This restaurant is clearly not being managed correctly. No surprise. The last place in there was Popeyes and this place has the same manager. Quita. Need to fire her.

Grissles by the fingerfull! The Brisket Sandwich, Combo #5 was ordered. Looked and smelled great. First bite had the spouse spitting out a big glob of grissle. Every single bite had large chunks of grissle or hard chunk o fat. In the photo, there's a chunk of nasty in each wad of napkin plus one loogie right there. Bon Appetite!
I was told this is the best BBQ around. WRONG!!! Ribs. Smelled great, Leather texture, very salty rub. Not trying them again. Place was empty so that should’ve been my first clue.

When ordering through drive, and only second visit, asked for a minute. With no one being behind us, asked for minute And the gentlemen keep asking what i wanted. Not knowing what i wated, asked again for a minute. Then the gentlemen stopped taking my order for a female to start asking what I wanted unsure of what I even wanted , felt a had to quickly make a decision. Then was repeadly asked about each item and to repeat it. Came to window and very little inaction , other than those two laughing and shaking heads. The food was given to us , only to find the plate sideways standing upright in bag. When opened it had just been scrambled together. Then was soaked in BBQ sauce and soggy , being unable to be eaten. Fries cold, and the slaw dig was overfilled with slaw and BBQ sauce . Along with paper it was wrapped in. Which intern caused BBQ to get over clothes and spill out everywhere. Each bun was literally so hard, not to mention BBQ sauce, slaw and juice from the has soaked up in the the end effect

Went to Corinth location just now. We are orginally from Memphis and grew up eatimg Tops. We are now living in Chattanooga. When we travel to Memphis we look forward to good bar-be-cue. Yesterday went to the old Union shop. Not a pleasant experience. Only twofold the 4 employees were working. The place was dirty and the sabdwiches were not good. Because of this we almost skipped the Corinth store. So glad we didn’t - completely different experience. Great service by professional staff in a clean, well decorated store. Plus the food was exactly like we ordered and remember. Bravo to the Corinth location
