Went in Christmas day ordered MVP special instead of the waffle I wanted extra hash browns was told the cooks were in a bad mood. So I got the waffle guess what the butter wouldn't even melt and no syrup for it.

We stopped in town and waited over 25 min for our which wasn’t an issue due to it only being 3 employees in the building. The issue was that our food had hair in it. None of the 3 women in the kitchen had hair nets on not even the cook.We immediately sent the food back that had hair in it. It should be MANDATORY for all employees to have hair nets on working in the kitchen and working at the restaurant period.

Good review, just mentioning issue first... Juke Box way toooo lound. Asked to turn it down, so did young couple when they sat down behind us. Bcuz you couldn't have a conversation with your Mel matr... Guy said there was no remote. I said does someone come pick up money? He said Yes. I said put out of order sign on it and unplug it. Tell them the reason they don't have any money is because they have not fixed your issue... and people will not come eat at the Waffle House if they have music blaring in their ears. (I have never known a jukebox to not have a volume control behind it. Maybe they are afraid to move it. Maybe they aren't problem solvers...) but what they are is VERY friendly, food was best we have had from any Waffle House lately. So go eat but sit far from a speaker or hope music doesn't come on! 5 stars if they'd get that issue fixed. (The louder the music the louder the places conversations are... turn it down... this is from someone who likes her music loud but not while eating and trying to have a conversation... it isn't a bar... and families eat there. It was about 9a.m. on a Tuesday, not a Sat night... )

Tried for 2 hours to place a to go order, finally gave up & went there & placed the order. I placed the 1st order no problem at all, when I tried to place 2nd order, it would not pull up a ham & cheese omelette. Every time I'd search for it it'd pull up BLT sandwich, no omelette. I tried calling to see if they could tell me how to place an omelette for a to go order. A recording keep coming on about how to place a to go order because they couldn't take them over the phone anymore. Food was good, no complaints, just wish I could have placed order online

When we arrived we had to wait for them to clean a table for about 10 minutes.. they seemed a little unorganized and slow to respond to our presence.. finally after being seated they took our order within a few minutes and brought our orders in a timely manner we were a party of three and one had ordered a waffle which was served overcooked and almost burned.. I wanted a glass of milk with my two egg breakfast but they were out.. how does a restaurant specializing in breakfast run out of milk.. other than that the waitress was polite and friendly..

I think there is some labor shortage there as they had to manage(clean) the tables as well as the waiter job. If they can do include another person, it is going to be wonderful place for breakfast as chef is already good in preparing food there.
