Went through the drive threw today and they really didn't pay attention to my order. I asked for no cheese on my sandwich and of course it had cheese. Also asked for ranch and ketchup and I got neither 🤦♂️ They are so bad

Went through drive through. Ordered a Number 8 with lettuce or tomato, Large Sprite Zero, Xtra Ice. Got to the window, I asked if she had put straws in the bag, she said yes. No straws in the bag, the number indeed had lettuce and tomato. She never rang it up that way. Food was cold. This isn't the first time. I'll never go back to this Wendy's. Ever.

Nasty. Literally nobody had gloves on, even the ones handling food. We even ordered ahead of time and we waited 15 minutes at the window and our fries and chicken nuggets were ice cold. One order of chicken nuggets was missing.
No one can beat their spicy chicken sandwich!!!! French fries are pretty good if they are HOT!!!! I don't like that they took the vanilla frosty away!! For the most part the service is pretty good, it just depends on who's working.....

I ordered saucy nuggs garlic Parmesan and there was no sauce at all very dry could taste garlic Parmesan but no sauce as advertised very unhappy

I arrived at the drive-thru with four cars in front of me and had to wait 15 minutes before I even got to the window to place my order. When I arrived at the window I was told they did not have the food I wanted to order. I then had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes before I could leave because this location does not have a way around waiting traffic.
