Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Put in a mobile order and waited almost an hour to get my food. Called and they were “closed”, but my food still was not with me. wouldn’t recommend.

Tyron waited on me at the counter. He was very argumentative!!!!!

I have not eaten at Zaxby’s in Corinth until today. I won’t make that mistake again. It took exactly 24 minutes from when I paid and had to pull up for a sandwich to be brought out to my car. It didn’t look any better than a frozen fake chicken from grocery freezer section. I took a couple bites and the chicken was a flaky, mealy texture.
I have never had chicken like this before. The fries were so cold it’s like they had sat in the styrofoam box for 20 minutes. I could not believe it. And worst of all, within 2 hours I was sick, sick, sick.
Never again Zaxbys.

Visited local Corinth Zaxbys this evening. I placed my order online and chose drive through for pick up. When I got to the drive thru speaker, a young gentleman asked and I replied I had an online order and gave my name. He said “we got ya, pull around to the window please”. When I got to the window, an older woman wearing a hat and glasses opened the window and said “Can I help you?” I said “I’m the online order for my name”. She responded with “well usually we’d have it ready for you if you would’ve actually stopped at that little box up there” I replied with “I did stop at that box, and was told to come to window….” She said “oh well I didn’t know” and then turned to someone else to get my order (which was wrong and I had to return). I understand having multiple people working one area can get confusing but in no way should I have ever been spoken to like I was ignorant in the process of coming through a drive thru.

I’m definitely not going to not recommend you. We eat there at least twice a week and things are mostly ok. But people deserve edible food 100% of the time. Rushing to get in the elementary school pick up line. Hadn’t ate all day. Stop by to get a chicken strip meal. Spend $12 plus to get cold unsalted fries and inedible chicken strips. There are no way those strips hadn’t been sitting there for hours. Couldn’t return it cause once in that school line you can’t leave or you go to the back of the line. Other than the soda, every bit of that food went into the garbage. This is no way to treat your customers. I understand everybody don’t get the food right out the grease. But at some point you have to say, this is too old and is in no way able to represent what Zaxbys stands for. $12 down the drain.

The wings are top notch. Everything was so good and always such a pleasant experience with employees here. Tiffany the assistant is so amazing and sweet and obviously has everything together. Had everything perfect and ready for me. Such a great restaurant.

I bought three number ones the chicken was old and dry and I got three pieces of chicken that look like dino nuggets they were about that size I paid $40 for four people to eat this place is expensive and their food is small proportions

Anything I wanted, they didn't have. Including zax sauce, the reason you're open.After I got a 4 finger plate with double fries, I was still given their disgusting coleslaw. Just go to chickfila or Wendy's in Corinth, they're the only 2 decent fast food left here.

Went in on a not so busy Thursday afternoon around 3pm wanting to try the new mr.beast box. The staff was friendly enough and the restaurant was clean. We "upgraded" the entire meal for which typically means the drink is a large and there's an extra helping of fries. The food came out pretty quickly and was hot. Our fries were not upside unless they give you about 6 fries to begin with. Overall the company seems to have changed a lot of things. The chicken fingers have shrunk to fit into the palm of your hand and the batter is on the salty side. The spiciest hot sauce they have is nuclear and it USED to make your mouth numb from how spicy it was but it's more like a wimpy sauce with extra pepper in it. They got rid of the marinara sauce some time back and it was preferably better with the cheddar bites than the ranch. Overall tye company has made some decisions for the worst. Shrink the food and raise the prices all to save on cost. I have had my last meal from zaxbys today. I used to love this place so much. It's a complete let down.
