Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This zaxbys is not very clean. The employees dont know the menu very well. The food is good but the cleanliness is not.

I’m St. Louis, Mo. and this was our first time trying Zacbys on our way home from Florida. The experience was great and my family loved it. The manager saw that our hands were full and carried out trays to our table. Great experience 🥰

Waited in the drive thru line for an unnecessary amount of time. After finally getting my food, I opened it to see I had been given a fried chicken sandwich instead of grilled chicken like I had ordered (the receipt also stated grilled). Fries were soggy and cold. Went back in and told them the sandwich was wrong and the fries were cold. They gave me the right sandwich but I am almost certain they put the same cold fries back in the box instead of any fresh ones.

Food is ok; but, the floors are HORRIBLE! I do not think they have ever been cleaned. Everyone in line was talking about how sticky they were. You could lose your shoes! They need to be commercial cleaned.

Chicken was raw. The boy doing the French fries set the bag of fries in the floor to open it and then dumped it into the white bucket. Then he shook the bag. I am sure whatsoever was in the floor that he was walking in went into the bucket. That was NASTY. We saw several people taking their bags back in the restaurant. Not eating there anymore. Shape up.

Put in a mobile order and waited almost an hour to get my food. Called and they were “closed”, but my food still was not with me. wouldn’t recommend.

No sauce in any meals I bought to go today. I spent over $55.
Tyron waited on me at the counter. He was very argumentative!!!!!
The food was not good with no sauce. Please try to do better.

I have not eaten at Zaxby’s in Corinth until today. I won’t make that mistake again. It took exactly 24 minutes from when I paid and had to pull up for a sandwich to be brought out to my car. It didn’t look any better than a frozen fake chicken from grocery freezer section. I took a couple bites and the chicken was a flaky, mealy texture.
I have never had chicken like this before. The fries were so cold it’s like they had sat in the styrofoam box for 20 minutes. I could not believe it. And worst of all, within 2 hours I was sick, sick, sick.
Never again Zaxbys.
