If I could leave a negative score I would. Me and my coworkers ordered for lunch with delivery through DoorDash. I ordered a fried Asian Zensation salad. The order comes and there is NO chicken on the salad. I called , a young lady answered, I explained what happened and she stated “oh I made that” and proceeded to laugh then asked if I could come and get the chicken for the salad. I stated that if I could come the chicken I would not have used DoorDash. I probably would not be too upset because things happen, but to laugh about it that is what got me upset. You got to do better Zaxby’!

This restaurant is the best in Corinth! Their team members are friendly and inviting. I love their food it is always fresh and hot. Great environment.

Hands down some of the worst service ever. Sat in the parking lot for an entire hour waiting on an order they said they would bring out. After I finally went in to get it myself food was soggy and cold. Don’t recommend at this time.

Came into Zaxby's yesterday had a wonderful experience! The women Samantha was extremely nice and sweet. She helped me find something good to eat. I got a 4 finger chicken plate and it was so good! The food was hot and I even got my food before I even sat down! Fastest experience I have ever had here hands down! I will certainly be coming back!!

Over the last couple weeks I've been in the restaurant, the staff has been saying that they're making changes and trying to get better and it shows. The food was prompt the service was polite and nice with an inviting atmosphere. This has be a few pleasant visits to this location. I will be coming back! Give them a shot they're doing the work!

I used to come to this Zaxby's all the time. But I stopped coming because I didn't feel like it was being ran right. Heard the general manager no longer works there anymore. So I decided to try it out today. And man things have changed so much so far. My food was hott. The vibe was upbeat and friendly. I will be coming back again.

Food was fine. Me and my MIL ordered online for pick up. It says on the website to pull straight to the window give them your name and receive your food. So we did as it said. We get to the window and some blonde skinny lady (late thirties early forties) assuming she was a manager, came to the window with a immediate attitude absolutely horrible customer service complaining that we did not stop at the speaker box. As we tried to explain that the app had said to pull to the window she walks away putting her hand up and then comes back shoving our food at us. Was defiantly more then disappointed in the customer service received.

I’m St. Louis, Mo. and this was our first time trying Zacbys on our way home from Florida. The experience was great and my family loved it. The manager saw that our hands were full and carried out trays to our table. Great experience 🥰
