Stopped here on a trip through. I wished we would have looked at reviews before we went. We ordered a salad and a wrap.There were 8 items missing from my salad and 4 items missing from my daughter’s wrap. We both ordered avocado, paid for it but didn’t get it. We also ordered a churro and when my daughter asked about it, the girl answered something we didn’t understand then, “call the guy”. Call what guy??Awful service!!!! Avoid this Subway!!!!!We were there on the 18th of April between 4:45 & 5:00 p.m.

Turn around, or keep headed where you’re going. You will be blatantly scammed by the incompetent workers here. No manager is ever present, and they’ll charge you for your food any amount they please. No two orders come out to the same price.On top of that, bathrooms are disgusting, food stock is low meaning they’re missing everything except wheat and flatbread when it comes to sandwiches. Food is not heated to the proper temperate when toasted, comes out cold.Absolutely gross location. GO ELSEWHERE!

I come to sub way may 5 times out of a month every time I come in there they hav the same smart mouth rude people that don't fixed ur order right I buy 3 subway every time u can ask them don't put al lot of vegetables on it but they be talkin to other people not paying attention if I'm paying 17.00 to 20.00 for sum food I want it my way this were the manager an coworker that I had words with them I couldn't use my coupons cause it were tore sign unsatisfied customer

Service was horrible was out of everything ? this my 4th visit was out of main ingredients even bread all they had was wheat or flat bread ? no meat only cold cuts the branch in Lexington always out of ingredients after 1:00 p.m. need to close had to go to Durant location for better service owner has no care about service
